The player from the United Kingdom had made a deposit of £25, which had been taken out of her bank account but did not appear in her casino account. Her complaint had not been resolved by the casino and the funds were not credited. We had suggested that she contact her payment provider for further investigation, as the casino might not have had the ability to resolve this issue. After extending the complaint period by 7 days, we received no response from the player. Therefore, we were unable to investigate further and had to reject the complaint.

I made a deposit on Friday 15th march at 9.11pm it was taken out of bank but didn’t appear on my balance I’ve reported to casino but they said they are declining with but no money has been credited to my account I paid 25 pound in English don’t know what that is in usd

If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.
