The player from Germany had his winnings cancelled due to placing a single bet greater than 30% of the deposit. We ended up classifying this complaint as unresolved and against the fair gambling codex.
Hi!
I won € 1,700 online, which I would now like to transfer to my credit card account. So I did the verification and made the request for payment. After a few days the joke comes !!! My payment was canceled and the € 1700 was confiscated because I did not play regularly and violated the terms and conditions! Now the payment slip and the game history have all been deleted! I still have an email with the desired payment! According to the rude woman chatting, the money is gone and I will never get it again! What is that kidding?!?!? I won it and they just keep it! Endless fraud! Can someone tell me what to do about these criminals and how I can get my money? Above all, I got my € 50 as a redemption but paid around € 300 that day.
Hello,
Thank you very much for submitting your complaint and forwarding all the relevant communication. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I have checked the T&Cs, and this is what I found:
"Betting rules
You must bet according to the specific rules of the game you are playing.
We reserve the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings and bonuses for irregular play.
"Irregular play" includes, inter alia:
Placing total bets equal to or greater than 30% of the value of the smallest deposit currently in play."
I would like to emphasize that according to our Fair Gambling Codex https://casino.guru/fair-gambling-codex-for-casinos
'Fair and safe casinos' are those that meet all criteria for 'fair casinos' and have also implemented measures that prevent players from accidentally doing something against the rules or their own best interests.
'Fair and safe casinos' should therefore prevent players from accidentally breaking the T&Cs, Bonus T&Cs, or doing anything else that might jeopardize the money in their player accounts.
Could you please confirm that you were playing without an active bonus and advise how much was your last deposit? We will contact the casino and ask for their standpoint, right after your confirmation. Looking forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
Petronela
Hi! Thanks for the feedback! Yes I can confirm that I played without an active bonus! The woman I chatted with also confirmed it in the chat. I made several deposits that day. The last was € 80.
Hello,
Thank you very much for your quick reply. I will now transfer your complaint to my colleague Zuzana who will be at your assistance. I wish you best of luck and hope to see your problem being resolved to your satisfaction in the near future.
Dear Cub-e,
I did examin your case and will do my best to help you.
Lord of the Spins I would kindly ask you what's your standpoint in this situation, as player was playing with real money, no bonus was involved.
We would like to ask the Lord of the Spins Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.
Please be advised that our stand is the same as the previous cases. The terms and conditions of the casino was accepted and therefore we expect all players to follow the terms and conditions. The winnings were voided due to irregular play. This term may not be for everyone but it is presented before the creation of the account and therefore, if the player broke the said term, confiscation of the winnings is in order. We can confirm that the deposit involved was returned to the account although the casino does not need to do this.
Dear Cub-e,
We've punished the casino for their predatory and unfair term, as there should not be any max bet applied for real money play.
16.3. "Irregular play" includes, inter alia:
Placing total bets equal to or greater than 30% of the value of the smallest deposit currently in play.
We consider this rule unfair and classify this complaint as: "Against Fair Gambling Codex" .

Lord of the Spins Casino has a Curacao license and you can write an email to the Curacao licensing authority for free: compliance@curacao-egaming.com. This info is from their terms section 20.7.
I am afraid that until somebody from the platform starts thinking about why their casinos are so poorly rated and decides to change the terms, we can't do much to get back your winnings. Of course, we will publish your complaint and give the Lord of the Spins Casino more black points.
