I redraw 600 euro 4 weeks ago I’ve gone on chat and they said it was paid on the 15 th March and it would be in my bank by Friday 20th March but still haven’t recieved it so I’ve spent a lot of time on chat where they tell me lots of different things like it will be sooon they emails my payment provider and get no where this is a very bad site and would not recommend to anyone they have all my details and still no payment

Yes it is but like I said your chat team keeps telling me different things like it will be soon I’ve sent emails to you fiancé team who don’t even reply I didn’t have a choice with which payout method I used you said it had to be a bank tranfere I wish you could pay it straight back on my card plus I was lied to because your chat team said it had been paid and wiould be in my account by Friday the 20th which wasn’t true

We can confirm that the player's winnings of 600 EUR were paid by wire transfer on the 7th of April 2020.
Delay was caused due to a closed bank account where primary funds were paid according to the documentation received from player therefore it was necessary to wait for funds to bounce back so they can be paid again to the new details player provided.
Please, update us when funds are received.
