The casino looks great on paper. The bonuses are fun and easy to obtain. But that’s where it ends. So long as you’re prepared to just give them your cash and to loose it! Because if you win…. You will NEVER see your winnings. I’ve been on loads of sites, and most of them do pay out within 48hours…which this site also claims to do…but then when you don’t receive it and ask customer service, suddenly they tell you that ALL withdrawals are subject to a rigorous security audit that takes 7-21 days, and this only Monday-Friday. Then after 21 days they just keep saying the same thing. So if you’re happy to lose your money then go ahead, but the joy of winning is far less if you know that you’re never going to be able to claim that payout.
Won £1500 and started a withdrawal process. 20 days in they have cancelled my withdrawal for unknown reason and could not provide me with any explanation. Was asked to start process again .
