In-depth review

For this review, our independent casino review team put Betmaster Casino through its paces. We used our casino review methodology to look at what it does right and what could be better. All the key facts – from the casino's licenses and Terms and Conditions to player complaints, support, and limits – were checked by our team. They used these to decide if this casino is safe and honest, one to avoid, or somewhere in the middle.

Our calculation of the casino's Safety Index, formed from the examined factors, portrays the safety and fairness of online casinos. The higher the Safety Index, the greater the assurance of playing and receiving winnings without problems. Based on our evaluation methodology, Betmaster Casino scored a Very high Safety Index of 9.3, which means it is one of the best online casinos on the web in terms of player safety and fairness. Carry on reading our Betmaster Casino review to make an informed decision whether or not this casino is the right fit for you.

Is Betmaster Casino fair and safe? Safety Index explained

To calculate a casino's Safety Index, we use a complex formula that takes into account a plethora of information we have collected and evaluated in our review. That entails the casino's Terms and Conditions, complaints from players, estimated revenues, blacklists, and many others.

In our Betmaster Casino review, we extensively examined and analyzed the Terms and Conditions of Betmaster Casino. We found some rules or clauses that were not favorable. Despite our findings, we consider the T&Cs to be mostly fair. An unfair or predatory rule can potentially be used against players to justify not paying out winnings to them, but our findings for this casino were only minor.

Based upon our estimates and collected information, we consider Betmaster Casino a very big online casino. This casino has a very low value of denied payouts in player complaints with respect to its size (or it hasn't had any complaints). We consider the casino's size and player complaints in relation to each other, as bigger casinos tend to receive more complaints due to their higher number of players.

Based on our findings, no important casino blacklists feature Betmaster Casino. The inclusion of a casino in blacklists, such as our Casino Guru blacklist, could suggest misconduct against customers. It's advisable for players to factor this in when making their casino choices.

In our comprehensive review of all relevant aspects, Betmaster Casino has attained a Very high Safety Index of 9.3. For players seeking an online casino that prioritizes fairness in the online gambling experience they offer, this casino is a fantastic choice.

Note: As far as we are concerned, Betmaster Casino is related to 3 different casinos. Because of the relationship between these casinos, we have considered the qualities of the related casinos when calculating the Safety Index of Betmaster Casino.

Terms and Conditions of Betmaster Casino evaluated

Our team goes through each casino's Terms and Conditions as part of our review to assess their fairness. Many of them have T&Cs that contain rules and clauses that we view as unfair or plain predatory, since they can be held against players as a basis for withholding their winnings in certain circumstances.

We found some questionable rules or clauses during our review, however, we consider the Terms and Conditions of Betmaster Casino to be mostly fair.

Note: For more specifics regarding our findings from the T&Cs evaluation click here.

Complaints from players about Betmaster Casino

Our casino review methodology relies heavily on player complaints, seeing as they give us valuable information about the issues experienced by players and the casinos' way of resolving them. When determining the casino's Safety Index, we consider all complaints received through our Complaint Resolution Center, as well as the complaints submitted through other websites and channels.

We have found one relevant complaint about this casino. Because of this complaint, we've given this casino 19 black points. You can find more information about the complaint and black points in the 'Safety Index explained' part of this review.

User feedback and reviews of Betmaster Casino

Casino Guru, provides a platform for users to rate online casinos and express their opinions, feedback, and user experience. Relying on the collected data, we compute an overall user satisfaction score that varies from Terrible to Excellent.

Based on the 38 user reviews of Betmaster Casino in our database, it has a Mixed User feedback score. The reviews submitted by users are available in the 'User reviews' segment of this page.

Note: User reviews may not accurately reflect the casino's quality since some casinos may try to generate fake reviews to boost their user feedback rating, and dissatisfied players may also submit negative reviews to harm the casino's reputation. Although we make every effort to filter them out and calculate an impartial user feedback score, we do not include user reviews in our Safety Index calculation just to be sure.

Licenses and company information

Betmaster Casino is owned by BM Gate Ltd., and we have estimated its yearly revenues to be greater than $20,000,000. Based on the categorization we use, this makes it a big online casino.

Betmaster Casino is licensed by Dirección General de Juegos y Sorteos in Mexico.

Payment options, withdrawal limits and win limits

Betmaster Casino supports 28 deposit methods. This includes: PaysafeCard, Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Bitcoin (BTC), Bank transfer, Santander, Sam's Club, SPEI, Tether (USDT), OXXO Pay, Ripple (XRP), vPay, Superama, Waldo's, Walmart Pay, Tron (TRX), USD Coin (USDC), Banorte, BBVA, Binance Coin (BNB), 7-Eleven, Afirme, Ethereum (ETH), Farmacias del Ahorro, HSBC, Circle K, Dogecoin (DOGE).

Online casinos frequently impose limitations on the amounts players can win or withdraw. While these are generally high enough not to impact the majority of players, several casinos do impose quite restrictive win or withdrawal limits. That is why we always check these when reviewing casinos. The table below shows the casino's win and withdrawal limitations.

Withdrawal limits	Win limits
MXN 200,000 per day	No win limit
MXN 420,000 per week
MXN 600,000 per month

Note: It is unlikely that all of the payment options mentioned before can be used for both deposits and withdrawals. Similarly, some payment options may only be used in selected countries.

Safety and fairness

Take a look at the explanation of factors that we consider when calculating the Safety Index rating of Betmaster Casino. The Safety Index is the main metric we use to describe the trustworthiness, fairness, and quality of all online casinos in our database.

Key metrics

Terms and conditions

Mostly fair

Issues found: 2

Show detailed analysis

We go over the terms and conditions of each casino and look for unfair rules that could potentially be used against players. Any clauses we consider to be unfair result in a lower Safety Index for the casino.

Casino size

Big casinoVery big group

Bigger casinos are generally safer for players, because their high revenues allow them to pay out even very big wins without any issues and their quality has been proven by a large number of players. We take into account estimated revenues over the last 4 years and also consider revenues of related casinos.

Complaints ratio

Very good

Total complaints: 251

Browse complaints

Player complaints signify that the casino does not treat players right or deal with certain situations correctly. We consider the number and seriousness of complaints in relation to the casino’s size, as it can be expected that sites with more players will also have more complaints.

Blacklists

None

If a casino appears on relevant blacklists, it is usually a sign that it has some negative qualities. We consider each blacklist and decrease the casino’s Safety Index based on our view of the situation and its seriousness.

Other factors

Neutral

There can also be other characteristics and qualities of a casino that influence its Safety Index, such as win limits, low withdrawal limits, fake games or licenses, bad or no customer support, a network of land-based shops, etc.

My experience with them was quite good. What I liked most, and why I stayed for so many months, is that the site works wonderfully. They have a huge variety of providers, the slots load quickly, and since they operate legally in the country under the SEGOB permit, I never had any problems with payments. Withdrawals via SPEI went straight to my bank account without any issues, and the minimum deposits are super affordable. I have to say that I suddenly stopped playing here, not because of a bad experience, but because their Bonuses and Campaigns section started to feel extremely repetitive and pointless. At first, the welcome bonus catches your eye, but once you become a regular user, the weekly promotions lose all their appeal. Almost their entire scheme boils down to 'daily deposit competitions' where they offer very low bonus percentages like 10% or 20%, but they keep increasing the rollover to x20 or x30 as you progress. In the end, you feel like you're risking too much for minimal rewards. Or free spins on the same old games but with ridiculously low payouts; it's a good site to pass the time, but if you were expecting a bonus from them for being a regular user, I'd choose other sites.

For now I can't say much about Betmaster because my experience is limited to the welcome bonus.

I was able to play with the bonus without any problems, so that part was fine. I wasn't very lucky with the winnings, but I don't consider that a negative aspect of the casino, because that depends on each player.

I haven't deposited my own money yet, so I can't comment on the deposit process. I also haven't had to contact support, and I prefer not to evaluate their service based on other people's experiences.

So far, my experience with Betmaster has been positive. If I continue playing, I'll be able to add more specific details to my review later.

Overall, I liked Betmaster. The website is simple; I quickly understood where everything was and there's nothing complicated.
What I liked most was the live dealer games section. There's roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and other tables. I usually play live games more, so for me, this is one of the highlights.
The bonuses were fine too; you can check the terms and conditions beforehand and understand what you need to do. I contacted support a couple of times with some questions and they answered me well.
It's also convenient that there are several ways to make deposits. Overall, I find Betmaster to be a standard and user-friendly casino, but what I liked most was its live gaming section.

I deposited with a credit card, met the rollover requirements, and verified my account. They asked me for a transfer via SPEI, and at that point, all my bets were blocked. Now, to withdraw, they're demanding I wager the entire transferred amount. How am I supposed to do that? My bets are blocked across the entire site, and in the chat, they just thank me for my patience. That's called UNJUSTIFIED FUND WITHHOLDING. 😭😭😭😭 I just want my money back, and I think they're doing everything they can to scam me! The App Store doesn't give you the right to appeal, and they claim all users have good experiences—a complete and utter lie. I have all the evidence I need to back up my opinion.

Betmaster Mexico fraud with withdrawals!!
Withdrawals do not go through, and the support chat repeats the same thing, that your case has already been sent to the team of specialists and that you should wait for a response, 12 hours go by and you contact them again and they repeat the same thing, 2-3 days and they still have not processed my withdrawals, those support chat agents are just for show.... Ahhh but they get offended if you tell them that they can't solve anything, they don't even have a contact number or any other way for you to receive specialized attention... The supposed team of specialists "does not exist"!!! Now they make excuses that the account is not verified, that it is necessary to send the corresponding documentation, I already sent it, my account is verified, the app confirms that it is verified, the support staff is useless, they only say that I sent the requested documentation, I sent it and they tell me to send it again that the documentation is not valid, but they don't tell you which document does not pass the validation!!
Just an excuse not to pay!!!
Another important fact!! Betmaster on March 20, 2025 I made a deposit with the astropay app which if the balance in my betmaster account is confirmed,... I made bets and when I accumulated $600.00 Mexican pesos I requested the withdrawal by the same method by which I made the deposit, the withdrawal was processed but never reached my astropay account... It turns out that betmaster registered another astropay account (CLABE) when I deposited that has nothing to do with my astropay account data, that's why the withdrawal never reached my account, on Facebook I found another betmaster Mexico user who also deposited through astropay and his withdrawal amount in betmaster had the same CLABE as my account, I contacted the staff by chat, of the advisors there were more than 20 advisors who all asked the same thing and I gave them the information with proof of the error, they only wash their hands more saying that the error is astropay's! Astropay gave me the necessary information to prove that the error was on the part of Betmaster Mexico, which I provided to the advisors through the chat. I ended up getting annoyed because the advisors kept asking the same thing again. They never returned my money and did not provide me with proof of the amount to which my withdrawal was sent.

Steal the profits
Roba las ganacias
The support chat agents are (I'd like to write a rude word) they don't solve anything
El chat de soporte los agentes son (me gustaría escribir una grosería) no solucionan nada
Withdrawals are no longer validated.
Ya no validan los retiros

I want to see if the casino dares to respond with the same lie here as in another forum, to which he always answered as the reason for the confiscation of my funds, and which he communicated with me on countless occasions, to see if here is where the unresolved complaint is to the one who never showed his face and cost him black points, and where is my mediator as a witness to whom I also never answer also dares to lie. TOP 3 THE WORST betting sites.
After more than 2 month of delaying my withdrawal, asking for multiple verifications, unnecessary documents they "voided" all my bets that were repeated. That means, if u repeat your bet because of example better odd, it can be voided !!
Chat support replaying every 10-20 days. I had to ask multiple times for status of verifications and withdrawals, every time they had to check document for more than 2 weeks.
After more than 2 month my account is "finaly" verified and they removed more than half earninigs because of double bets.
Read carefully "terms and conditions" , better, don't make account here !! NEVER SEEN SOMETHING LIKE THIS
Also, after my account is verified, I have to wait AGAIN for withdrawal permission.
MEANING: If u win something, they will took your money because they "can", based on their terms and conditions.

Magically, when you start a positive streak, they start putting obstacles in your way when withdrawing money, asking for extra documentation, and even though all the documentation is correct, days have passed and customer service has not resolved anything, it seems like I am talking to a robot.

While I was playing for about a year with small deposits and small withdrawals, suddenly I requested a withdrawal of €100 and they refused to pay me, asking for some documents! Until then everything was going smoothly! I sent my documents and after 1 week they closed my account with the explanation that I had multiple accounts! Of course this is not the case as I only had one account! When I asked for an explanation, they simply told me that they cannot comment on this decision…

It could be the best casino but when you win a lot magically the withdrawals no longer work, they will cancel your withdrawals and not let you withdraw, you will end up playing with that money, when you lose your money magically the withdrawals no longer work, they use that trick so that you don't win a lot, so if you win a lot and can't withdraw, do a self-exclusion so you don't lose your money

There are no words to express how excellent this casino is! It is exactly what I was looking for in terms of casinos, Betmaster has surprised me since it has most of the games from providers that I play such as Microgaming, B Gaming, Igrosoft RabCat among many others. Verification is quick and they have several deposit and withdrawal methods. The only drawback I have is that the chat is a little slow since they don't respond quickly but that's not a big deal. The best thing about this casino, and what most players look for, is that when you make a withdrawal you get paid quickly." This casino is great because just as you deposit and it is reflected in your account within a few minutes, also when you request a withdrawal it is you have it in your bank or crypto account in less than a minute without asking you again for verification or some other strange thing to avoid paying. Can you believe it? This casino is great because it is what most of us are looking for and the truth is that many other casinos take up to a month to pay you or they deny you payment for such nonsense. I give Betmaster a 100% rating of 200%. 1000% recommended friends! 😀

They pay your withdrawals in less than a minute
Pagan tus retiros en menos de un minuto
They have a wide variety of games
Cuentan con muchísima variedad de juegos
Wide variety of deposit and withdrawal methods
Gran variedad de métodos de depósito y retiro
Best of all, the games don't crash.
Lo mejor de todo es que los juegos no se traban

I have written and deleted reviews for this casino a couple of times because I've had a hard time trying to be balanced. On the one hand the customer service is very helpful and timely, the site is pleasant to play at, and verification/withdrawals are reasonable and quick. On the other hand the RTP became so disatrous here that it was hard to wrap my brain around. I don't expect to win all the time, or even most of the time, but the level of losing and the speed of it just became too brutal and I needed to close my account and give up.

Customer service/chat/email helpful and pleasant
Quick withdrawals and reasonable verification
Vip bonuses with fair turnover and cashout caps

Had some technical issues periodically
RTP was poor over a long period of time after depositing a lot of money, regardless of the game provider. Too brutal for too long.

I have played on many casinos, i believe that is worst one regarding rtp, its so bad that it makes you think that something strange is going on there.
They have really quick withdrawals, but if you make withdrawals over 500€ they charge you 25€ every 500€ you withdraw.

Quick withdrawals
Easy kyc
Large selection of slots

Really bad rtp
No personal bonuses
Lagging a lot

I've got to spill the beans on my downright dreadful experience with Betmaster Casino. Strap in, folks, this one's a bumpy ride.

So, here's the deal – I decided to give Betmaster Casino a whirl because of all the hype and recommendations I'd seen. Trusting their flashy ads and enticing offers, I thought I'd hit the jackpot in the world of online casinos. Boy, was I wrong!

First off, let me tell you, setting up an account was a breeze, and I was all set to explore their world of games. But, and it's a colossal but, the moment I tried to cash out my hard-earned winnings, everything went south.

Their favorite excuse? "Technical issues," they said. It's almost comical how every time I tried to withdraw, I'd get hit with the same old line – "Sorry, we're facing technical issues with your withdrawal." Really? Every single time? It's like a broken record, folks.

Let me lay it out for you – I had a substantial sum in winnings that I was itching to get my hands on. But these guys, oh no, they had different plans. They'd deny my withdrawal requests left and right, leaving me high and dry.

I finally caved, like a fish taking the bait, and played away my balance out of sheer frustration. And guess what? Like clockwork, the "technical issues" miraculously vanished, and I could suddenly withdraw my remaining balance.

Now, I'm no sore loser, but this charade is beyond infuriating. It's not just about the money – it's about the utter lack of transparency and the runaround they give players.

Ladies and gents, heed my warning – steer clear of Betmaster Casino. Their antics are more predictable than a daytime soap opera, and they'll make you pull your hair out in frustration. Your gambling adventures deserve better, trust me.

The VIP manager is amazing, the withdrawal process is instant, where you can't find in any other casinos. In other casinos you get withdraw in weeks, which doesn't happen here at all. The customer service is 24/7 working. The best experience I have ever had.

I wouldn't waste your money here go for a meal out... The win ratio is the worst I've ever played.. Rtp is rubbish.. I play the same games on other sites and you win more also you can't find any new games because they don't show them all I can say is try somewhere else you'll be better of if I had of read the reviews I would stiil have 2000 more in my bank

Nothing is good old games no winnings
I honestly can't say anything positive
It makes you never want to play again

Rubbish rtp
No free spins unless you spend a stupid amount of money

the free spin bonus at this casino is a joke, there is no way you can have it and the customer support is completely unresponsive. Advise not to play at this casino.

I have a problem with my withdrawal. I made my first deposit via visa card but it was impossible to take my money back. I asked 40 euros as my first withdrawal. They asked me to make an onother deposit via Skrill or Mastercard etc. I am waiting for their financial apartment to inform me about the procedure. It's a little bit inconvenient I would say. Hope it will be solved and not to be an onother scam. I will return when the problem is solved. Problem solved after I asked them again. They were very quick. I think they deserve the stars given.
