Told because of no regular play I was only entitled to 30% of my withdrawal. Cant find anything in terms and conditions to support this. Think this is very unfair!

Were your winnings cancelled completely or reduced only? Could you please confirm that you haven’t activated any bonus when depositing funds into your account and advise how much was your last deposit?

They have offered me 500 due to me arguing that this information isnt on the mobile platform website from the original 1200. I feel this is very unfair due to playing on their mobile site and having read their withdrawal t&cs could not find this in there. My last deposit was for 40euros. No bonuses were credited to my account. At the moment the 1200 withdrawal is still pending. Even after being told yesterday that I should accept the 500 euro offer and it would be sorted straight away. I feel the way the website has conducted themselves is very unfair and t&cs should be alot clearer. There is many obstacles they are trying to put in the way to not let you withdraw money.
