Great casino to play at, plenty of game providers. I played with a no deposit bonus and 39 EUR after wagering, only 30 Eur was converted to real balance, I continued playing and went up to 300 EUR. I have been waiting for 4 days for my withdrawal of 3 x €500. You can only withdraw 500 € per withdrawal and only 3 withdrawals per day. Then you have to wait. Registered there as bonuses were "good" at the first sight. Also 2 deposits 20 euros each were fast. Negative experience came after withdrawal attempt, while trying to withdraw my own money (not bonuses) and 1 MONTH "pending", when i tried to log in and check my withdrawal status : "the user has been disabled by the administrator, go to Live Chat or email support@ .......". I dont even want or have time to chat or email them, i know they find 1000 "reasons" why it happened, just take my 39 euros and bye forever, fake casino.

The website and the design overall is good. Also good selection of games. However if you want to withdraw your winning it takes ages. They have an odd policy, they only allow you to request 3 times EUR 500 at once, however they only process EUR 500 only on daily basis. In my case my withdrawals pending since 22/05/2024. How long gonna take all my funds then? They allow you play high roll, however if you win big it will take months to receive everything. Very bad strategy for a casino! +1 Snatch simply does not keep their own terms and conditions regarding withdrawals, EUR 500. So its not true what they replied to my review.

I had no problems with deposits at this casino but I did have problems with withdrawals.
8 days for e-wallet.

Be careful to play here! After 2-3 months of playing at Snatch I can confirm that there are no major issues with withdrawals, it just goes very slow, max 1000 euros per day and each transaction takes a couple of days, so if you win 10 000 euros it will take a very long time. Big minus.

Also, they advertise tournaments and I joined one of them with the 1st prize of 50 000 bonus stars (700 stars are equal to 200 euros in bonus), second prize was 40 000 bonus stars. I came in place 2 and after one week of waiting they transferred 950 euro real money to my account. I told them I prefer the 40 000 bonus points but then they stopped answering me.

All trust is now gone so no more games at Snatch Casino.

Good afternoon, I came to share with you my terrible experience with this casino.
The bonus is undoubtedly interesting, I registered and accepted the free spins, started playing and completed the reroll, money that was available to me.
I then made a withdrawal of that amount and a deposit, I activated the first deposit bonus but as I had an active withdrawal they denied me the bonus... I played the 20 euros that I deposited and without the bonus I had 200 euros in balance, that is , the withdrawal of 250 plus the 200 assets in the account.
Conclusion, they canceled my withdrawal (that money disappeared and of the 200 euros I had in my deposit I only had 70 euros, of those 70 I made a withdrawal of 20 (the amount I deposited) and it has still been pending for two days...

Let me share my experience with Snatch Casino. They do have a massive selection of slot games, like seriously, over 7000 games to choose from. It's almost overwhelming! And the best part is, they have a customer support team that responds really quickly, even at night. Thumbs up for that!

Now, let's talk about the welcome bonus. It's definitely something that caught my attention. I consider myself a high roller, and Snatch offers a pretty decent welcome bonus for us big spenders. And they even have a VIP manager, which is a nice touch. It's always good to feel taken care of.

One thing that pleasantly surprised me was the fact that they offer support in my native language. It can be quite challenging when English is not your first language, so having that option made me feel more at home.

Now, I do have to mention a slight disappointment. Sometimes, the graphics and overall performance of the games were not up to par. It felt like they could use some improvement in those areas. Very easy to make a deposit but a nightmare trying to withdraw any funds. Over the last 8 days I have sent them about 8 different documents plus a selfie trying to get my account verified for withdrawal (and this is after it was apparently verified already). They want a copy of my bank account statement with my name and address on it. Unfortunately my statement has all the info but not my address. I have provided credit card statement with my address, multiple utility bills, etc.

As well, they say they have been sending me emails but I have never received one (not even in the junk folder). Funny enough though, I receive their emails with their promotions on a daily basis.

All the online chat does is tell me to email the financial department as they can’t do anything for I have dealt with at least 10 other casinos and have never had to go through this frustrating process before.

I will update this review and change my rating if they ever allow me to withdraw.
