I requested a withdrawal on May 18, 2026, and am still waiting for my money. Since then, support has been stalling me. Every day I receive the same standard replies stating that my withdrawal has been "expedited," "prioritized," or forwarded to the responsible department. Nothing has happened, however. Instead of transparent information or a concrete solution, I only receive excuses and empty promises. Customer service seems friendly, but they are clearly unable to make any real decisions or solve problems. A payout should not be delayed for such a long time, while customers are repeatedly given the same excuses. This gives me the impression that delaying tactics are being used instead of processing payouts promptly. My experience with Spinrollz has been extremely negative so far. As long as my withdrawal isn't processed, I can't recommend this casino. Anyone playing there should be prepared for a potentially long wait for their money. Conclusion: Fast deposits are accepted, but withdrawals are a different story. Very disappointing.

Eine Auszahlung sollte nicht über einen so langen Zeitraum verschleppt werden, während Kunden immer wieder mit denselben Aussagen abgespeist werden. Für mich entsteht dadurch der Eindruck, dass Verzögerungstaktiken angewendet werden, anstatt Auszahlungen zügig zu bearbeiten. Meine Erfahrung mit Spinrollz ist bisher äußerst negativ. Solange meine Auszahlung nicht bearbeitet wird, kann ich dieses Casino nicht empfehlen. Wer dort spielt, sollte sich darauf einstellen, möglicherweise lange auf sein Geld warten zu müssen. Absolutely terrible withdrawal experience.
Spinrollz advertises "instant cashout," but it took around 40 DAYS for me to finally receive my winnings. That is completely unacceptable.
The withdrawals were dragged out in tiny batches with endless delays in between, while customer support kept giving the same useless copy-paste answers telling me to "please wait" and claiming the withdrawals were "being reviewed."
No real explanations. No transparency. No urgency. Just constant stalling.
I had to repeatedly contact support, escalate the case externally through Casino Guru, and push constantly just to get paid what was already mine.
A verified account should NEVER have to wait over a month for withdrawals. Calling this casino "instant cashout" is honestly a joke.
In the end I received the money, but the entire process felt stressful, exhausting, and extremely unprofessional.
There are far better casinos out there. I would strongly recommend staying away from Spinrollz if you expect reliable payouts or competent customer support.

Withdrawal 500e and 400e, but the casino is not allowed to process them and blames the site congestion on the fact that the processing times are 2 times longer than normal. After waiting for 8 days, my withdrawal was again canceled and it was said that I should withdraw via a bank account even though I have made deposits via rapid transfer.
