I had free spins on the 15/05/2022 i also deposited before I had taken my spins. I wagered what was required and managed to withdraw €400. My mother had recently withdrew from there and it took 3 days. I messaged after 3 days to see why it was still sitting there and they told me to wait 5 working days. I waited the 5 working days which was yesterday 20/05/22 to be told my withdrawal has been approved but they need to finalise it. Waiting all night and it still hasn't been done. As per there terms and conditions it takes 5 working days i went onto chat this morning for them to tell me it is due but management are still doing final checks but it is the weekend now. So nothing will be done until next week!

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. I have withdrew from there before and it's not been a problem. They said my account is verified and that the withdrawal has been approved so not quite sure why it is taking so long.

I fully understand your frustration, Toni. However, we always give the casino two full weeks to process each payment and if there’s no development by the end of this time frame, we will intervene.
