First time user! Making deposits is easy enough, but they do charge you with a fee! First red flag! Site is colorful and easy to navigate and basically this is where anything positive ends. When it's time to make a withdrawal, the wait time is absurdly long! I asked if they need anything else from me, like my ID maybe - no! They don't need to verify your identity in any other way other then email and phone no. Red flag no 2! My withdrawal request had processing status for 2 whole weeks with! Online support just kept saying the same thing - we are too busy, everything is okay but still no progress. You basically keep going round and round with no progress. I have then cancelled that request per the support instructions and made a new one using their Bank Transfer option that is allegedly much faster. I am guessing it will take 2 more weeks to process this one! Seems like a scam! And this is not my first rodeo!
