Every time I make a deposit it takes forever to reflect in my account. My previous payment took 6 days, yes 6 days, to reflect in my account. I contacted live support and sent them the proof. I emails support with proof of payment but just the same response " Provided the case to the relevant department" and we are actively working on the issue" I sent multiple emails and had to check in my account every day. I’ll put it very lightly - scam and avoid.

Wagering your deposit 10x (no bonus used) is crazy in the first place.

Once you hit something and want to withdraw crypto (that for normal casinos takes 10minutes) for them takes 24-48 hours on a weekday. At least that I was told.

After good 36 hours my balance was back to my account with locked withdrawal options as it was "undergoing provider review". Once asked which win and which provider they can’t say, cause they don’t want us to ping provider and get legitimacy check ourselves. And wait, it taks up to 14 days to confirm.

In other words they are using this strategy to keep your balance up and running until you will decide to play again and lose.

This is the worst casino in terms of generic emphaty and player understanding, I know it’s a business but fair play is to allow your players to withdraw if they win.
