I bet on "questionable sports" as I understood from the stories of other players. Shuffle reserves the right to "check" players, although I also bet on table tennis, cyber games and the like at other casinos and there were no problems at all! After 14 days from my withdrawal request they still have to pay. KYC is correctly done, everything they asked is provided. I went to ask multiple times to customer support agents but the answer is always the same, "the team needs to check manually your KYC".

I believe this is the most top notch casino I've played on. One problem is pretty hard to get into their VIP Club, but I am grinding to get to there. I do recommend this website, especially playing under a streamer, very rewarding monthly and weekly rewards.
In order to speak to a person on support you have to click several buttons which really buiilds up frustration, other than that, people on support are professional

I absolutely do not recommend playing on this platform; it's one of the worst I've ever tried. The bonus/VIP system is terrible, transactions are slow, and support either doesn't respond or only replies with a copy-paste message and then stops responding altogether. I'm sure the casino will block my account after this review.

Not a bad casino, I won about $80,000 in one evening and received my winnings in a few minutes. Unfortunately, after receiving my winnings, all the slots in the project stopped working. I don't know if it was a provider correction or if I was just unlucky. But I couldn't get anything else for weeks (there was no return). at this moment I am still sure that Shuffle is top but I have very strange situations now, I placed small bet today, from deposit 500, profit around 800, made withdrawal. Then they asked me complete verification level 3 and 4 and also live verification. I made all immediately. Then I write in chat that complete all. And they blocked me in live chat. Every time I received the same message "contact support@......." for me it's really strange because I don't have problems with withdrawals 5k+. and now this happened. so I am really don't understand and really hope that this is some mistake because shuffle really good. so I am waiting for some answer.

I bet on "questionable sports" as I understood from the stories of other players. Shuffle reserves the right to "check" players, although I also bet on table tennis, cyber games and the like at other casinos and there were no problems at all! On June 21, I put funds for withdrawal, and a few days later they requested level 3 verification. I successfully passed it, and then silence. Support refers to manual verification and asks to wait. More than 24 days have passed, I have never had such long checks at any casino.

After 14 days from my withdrawal request they still have to pay. KYC is correctly done, everything they asked is provided. I went to ask multiple times to customer support agents but the answer is always the same, "the team needs to check manually your KYC".
I hope I will change this review when the casino will elaborate my withdrawal.
Edit: the day after this review and a post in the CasinoGuru forum, they paid. I don't know if it's a coincidence, anyway I see a lot of complaints in the last days about the same issue. They delay a lot your withdrawals. Stay safe!
