Followed all correct steps for verification of my account I sent all I was asked for more a day later asked for my other bank card numbers etc as I had used that once so did this all of this was last Wednesday got told Friday my account had been updated and so had my phone number all was ok so got promised the withdrawal funds would go through by Friday that had been pending since Tuesday night then got told on Saturday it would be transferred today it’s still pending customer services Are not answering emails finance isn’t answering emails live chat has told me this information above and now when I did deposit it’s registering in my account so I know my account must now be updates as it wasnt before this, but my 500 euro funds still pending nearly a week later and on Saturday night I put two lots of 30 euros so 60 into my account it has not gone into my balance money has been taken from bank I had t email saying expected 30 euros twice i cotacted live chat and customer service over this customer services have not responded live chat said it would be resolved in a few hours this was nearly 48 hours ago they owe me a total of 560 euros.

They still haven’t paid my 500 euros they are still messing me around I have a email saying account verified and money will be in bank in 3-5 works days nearly a week a go then.... today had a email asking fir more documents I really need help to get my money :-(
They put tbe 60 euro on my account fir me to play but not giving me my 500 euros in bank 3 weeks now since I req withdrawal
