The player from United Kingdom had his winnings cancelled due to placing a single bet greater than 30% of the deposit. We closed the complaint as ‘unresolved’ because consider the rule predatory and it's against our Fair Gambling Codex.
I deposited €600 euros outside any bonus restrictions. From that I won €1500, all of which was confiscated. I played €1/2 on slots but prior to that I had made a €50 bet on blackjack. The terms read that you can only bet 30% of your deposit which in my case was €150 therefore €45 max. They allowed me to make the mistake of betting €5 over and as a result null and voided all my funds.
I asked for a refund on my deposits but was told to do one in so many words.

"Betting rules
You must bet according to the specific rules of the game you are playing.
We reserve the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings and bonuses for irregular play.
"Irregular play" includes, inter alia:
Placing total bets equal to or greater than 30% of the value of the smallest deposit currently in play."

'Fair and safe casinos' are those that meet all criteria for 'fair casinos' and have also implemented measures that prevent players from accidentally doing something against the rules or their own best interests.
'Fair and safe casinos' should therefore prevent players from accidentally breaking the T&Cs, Bonus T&Cs, or doing anything else that might jeopardize the money in their player accounts.

I looked at your case and understand the problem. I will confront the casino with the issue. However, I have to warn you, there have been several complaints like this where the 30% maximum bet rule was used against the players and they all ended up unresolved. I would like to ask Lord of the Spins Casino to respond to this complaint.
We would like to ask the Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, the complaint will become ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.

I tried to contact the casino repeatedly, but it failed to reply. I’m afraid, there is not much that can be done without their help. I will mark the complaint "unresolved" in our system. I understand, this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could help to change the casino's approach. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint and you will be notified by email. For the future I recommend you to only play in casinos with much higher rating where this kind of player unfriendly rules are not present.
