I initially had a good experience at Gangsta Casino. They offer a nice range of games, including Wazdan, and their bonuses were appealing. However, the problems I ran into later completely changed my impression.

First, their crypto deposits were extremely slow — often taking up to 5 hours to appear in my account. After every deposit, the associated bonus failed to trigger automatically, and I had to contact live chat each time to get it activated manually. Support even admitted this was a known issue, yet it was never fixed.

The more serious problem happened on 2 November, when I suddenly couldn’t log in and received an "access denied" message. Support closed the chat instantly with no explanation. When I tried again, the agent told me my account was "closed forever" and immediately ended the chat again. Every further attempt to speak to support was instantly cut off, making it impossible to get any clarification or save a transcript.

I had completed full KYC verification weeks earlier, had no disputes, no warnings, and no indication that anything was wrong. The casino never emailed me any explanation and didn’t respond to my AskGamblers complaint either.

My concern isn’t about losses or money — it’s the complete lack of transparency. Having an account permanently closed with no reason given, combined with support cutting chats before I could even ask questions, left me with zero trust in how the casino handles players or their data.

This could be a good casino if they communicated properly and resolved issues instead of abruptly shutting players out, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend it.

This casino is scamming me: I have a withdrawal of €875 three days ago and they tell me in the chat that it takes 3 days to process the withdrawals. I send an email and they reply (which is rare for them to reply because they never do) that they have many withdrawals pending processing and that I should be patient.
After a few minutes I receive a withdrawal of €100 made today, the 24th, but they leave behind the €875 withdrawal from the 21st.
In the terms and conditions they say that they will pay out older withdrawals first but it seems that they don't even comply with those terms. I have not seen a worse casino than this one because I feel cheated and scammed after depositing a lot of money, the treatment they give me is terrible and I have decided not to play at this bad casino anymore.
