Yep this is a new withdrawal amount I guess 9 was a lucky number.
Pretty much 2 weeks ago now I got the initial congratulations email since then nothing I spoke on chat with them yesterday and they said it's been approved apologies for the delay I spoke again later in the day and they said payment was going through but it still shows as pending.
What baffles me is that when you make a deposit it clears your account almost instantly but when you win it takes for ever and you go round the houses for your money
