Casino Lab is the worst I've ever encountered online. They tricked me into believing I could win. I deposited several times, and when I finally tried to withdraw my €1,222, they simply blocked my account. No explanation was given, support stopped responding, and I never saw my money back. It's a scam disguised as a casino. Don't fall for it like I did. They promise you prizes, but they're just trying to drain your account.

In addition to never respecting their own transfer deadlines, their customer service is terrible. I have €128 to receive from their account, which my bank reversed, and they always say they'll sort it out, but they don't sort anything out!!!!

This casino are just awful. I have been waiting 15 days for my withdrawal - customer services know nothing, and consistently tell you to be patient. This site is a scam, if you go on trust pilot and read all the negative comments then you will see they do everything to avoid paying out.
I cannot truly believe you have assessed them properly otherwise you would not give them a good rating.
CasinoLab should be shutdown as they are thiefs!
