This has been one of my preferred casinos to play at in recent months, it's one of the few casinos where Pragmatic Play slots are available from Australia without using a VPN. Withdrawals usually takes under 24 hours, sometimes only a few hours, however I'm a little disappointed with my most recent withdrawal request. It has exceeded the 24 hr time frame that they state in their terms & condtions. I contacted support and they said it sometimes can get delayed up to 5 days! Unfortunately this is a big negative for me. One of the most important criteria for me when choosing a casino is fast withdrawal. Hopefully they this will improve and they will be more reliable in the future.

Apart from this slight disappointment, it is otherwise a great casino. Huge game library. And I like the way their bonuses work. It can only be wagered with bonus money. So real money gets played first, that means if you happen to get a big win early on, you can cancel the bonus and still keep your winnings and so you can make a withdrawal without having to wager.

After constantly getting the advertisements, I tried my luck and deposited €20. With some bonus it was €40. I turned the €20 in real money into €200 within 7 days. Now my account has been set to €0 on the grounds that I would have had to wager 40x with the bonus. I used the bonus money a day ago and my real money became bonus money with questionable conditions.

I have being trying to withdraw my gains for over a month, I contact the support over 30 times trying to fix the issue, at the beginning I was able to proceed with withdrawal but for some reason they would denied it, the reason they said to be my account was incorrect so I call my bank research all the right information to put in but even so they insisted to say that was incorrect, next they ask me to clean cookies and all those things, so I did after that not even a withdrawal I was able to make because they site was saying that my currency was not accepted. So I exchange so many email through this month and they always asking to wait that they are trying to fix, which is fair enough, but after a month with no solution I start to believe that they never will pay me. They also have a community messenger on they website and I seem so many people complaining about withdrawals issue. The Ninecasino used to be a very good and reputable casino, unfortunately that was a thing of the past. Lately I've had a lot of problems personally, the games don't run smoothly anymore, jerk or jump. The gameplay repeats itself over and over again. Winnings in very low games almost always become lower as the stakes. Hardly any free spins, bonus spins in the games. Wen but very small profit.
If that wasn't enough, there have also been problems with depositing for a short time. Although the deposit page says processing is instant, it takes several hours. First it says on the page after the deposit can take up to 7 min. I contacted support after 7 minutes and suddenly it said up to 1 hour. After more than an hour, it was suddenly said that I should please upload screenshots of the payment transactions in the chat, after uploading it said I have to be patient, the responsible department was forwarded to them and they got in touch. Ridiculously dubious.
The promos have gotten really bad. All of a sudden, without mentioning it anywhere on the site, let alone on the promo page, deposit page, deposit bonuses were reduced by 90%. In the past, you were allowed to spin the bonus wheel once a day for 7 days when you made a deposit, but today you can only spin it once per deposit. When asked, it was only said that you can ask about news at any time in the chat. Just dubious

I wanted to be blocked for a time it said if I want to open it again I just have to send an email. When I did that, the casino refused to reopen my account without giving any reason! Good casino but the verification system is absolutely USELESS. I've submitted my documents MULTIPLE times and they keep getting rejected. I've been onto support and emailed directly so I'm hoping this is fixed very soon.
