Please! Never play on the NV casino platform! Aside from the fact that the bonuses are truly ridiculous and irritating because they take thousands of euros before they show up! Disappointing Withdrawal Experience with NV Casino

I’ve been trying to withdraw my €2750 winnings from NV Casino for nearly 3 weeks now, and I’m extremely disappointed with how things have been handled. My account is fully verified — all documents were submitted and approved without issue — yet I’m still waiting for my money more than a week after the withdrawal was supposedly processed.

What’s even more frustrating is the lack of proper support. I’ve been in contact with a support agent named Agatha multiple times, but instead of resolving the issue, I keep getting vague or repetitive responses that don’t move things forward. It feels like I’m being ignored or pushed aside.

At this point, I’m starting to lose trust in the platform. While the games and interface are decent, none of that matters if you can’t actually receive your winnings. I hope NV Casino takes this seriously and processes my payout immediately.

What can you say when even the deposit bonus is limited? While it has to be wagered 40 times, it's limited to 5 times the deposit. Absolutely inadequate, even from a play perspective. I've rarely had such poor results: 9 times I got nothing and once I got a few cents. Except for 2 times, it was always downhill.

I requested two withdrawals from NV.Casino — one for €450 on June 9th, 2025, marked as "completed", and another for €110 on June 10th, still showing "in progress".

As of today, I have not received any funds in my bank account.
Despite contacting customer support multiple times and asking for proof of payment or an ARN number, I received no concrete answers — only vague responses and empty promises.

My bank has officially confirmed that no transaction from this casino has reached my account.

I have already filed:
– A formal complaint with the Curaçao Gaming Control Board
– A case through Casino.Guru’s dispute resolution platform

SCAMMERS ..... I knew that they will require KYC to withdraw although they dont say it. I uploaded all the files ahead of time and they approved them. when they saw that i want to make a withdrawal they started rejecting some documents without reason. after validating the new ones they rejected some other approved files.

The most shitty casino.
The site says that unverified users can withdraw funds in the amount of up to $499, but in the end, even when withdrawing $10, you will be forced to verify or all your payments will be rejected.
