I won 860 euros and it’s still pending and I’m worried as I’ve reviewed a lot of these comments and it’s stating they cancel so many withdrawals this will be my 3 rd withdrawal and the other one landed in my account within 2 days you don’t hear anything from fiancé and I appreciate I only withdraw Monday but all u get from chat is it will be soon I don’t like to go on but I’m so wary of this site and them paying me what is rightfully mine I would just like to know if everything is ok and I’m going to get paid my 860 euros

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved by the casino, still if you don’t receive your winnings by then, please, let us know and we will try to help you. Lord of the spins casino I’ve waited 5 days now which I may say is what they say is the process time to approve withdrawal and it’s not happened all I get off chat is it will be soon plus I email fiancé team and they don’t even reply and chat says play more spend more and your payout will be quicker
