My first impressions at Spinsy

Spinsy casino made a solid first impression, with a score of 8.3, putting it among the best on the Canadian market. The welcome bonus of a 100% match up to $750 and 200 free spins isn't the biggest at real money online casinos. But it's still a solid offer and the site makes up for it with plenty of ongoing promotions like reload bonuses, cashback, tournaments, and challenges.

What I enjoyed most about Spinsy was its extensive gaming collection of over 36,100 titles. This is well above the 1,000 to 2,000 available at many sites. There's a strong mix of top software providers represented, alongside smaller studios like Mascot and Solidicon.

It also offers a sportsbook, which is a nice option for players who like to take a rest from casino games. Both fiat and cryptocurrency banking are supported, and 24/7 support is available through live chat.

Overall, Spinsy is a strong all-round casino, which is what you need if you're a newer player exploring the market for some simple gaming fun.

Where the casino excels

  • 8.3 Safety Index rating – This is above similar sites like JustCasino (6.8) or Monro (8). This rating reflects the casino's security, scale, and low number of unresolved complaints, showing it is a safe choice overall.
  • 36,100+ games – With over 36,100 games, Spinsy's library is far above the industry average. It's comparable to Supabet (36,100+) and Legiano (37,800+), and much larger than JustCasino, PlayAmo, or LuckyWins (10,000+ each).
  • Fiat & crypto banking – The casino supports 14 payment methods, including popular Canadian methods like Interac and MiFinity, as well as cryptocurrencies. This is higher than the average of eight methods at Canadian casinos.
  • Owned by NovaForge – A major operator with dozens of casinos available in more than 50 different countries under its umbrella. The scale of NovaForge gives Spinsy extra credibility compared to standalone operators.
  • Fast customer support – When I tested Spinsy's customer support, the live chat connected me to an agent almost immediately. The agents were polite, clear, and answered all my questions quickly.

Where it needs to shape up

  • Recycled software – NovaForge also operates Supabet and Vegasino. The branding may be different, but the layout, games, and promotions are virtually identical on each site.
  • Security transparency – The platform isn't clear about its safeguards, independent audits, or bonus terms. Our reviews of Monro, Jackpot City, and Spin Casino showed they're specific about their security features, including SSL encryption, eCOGRA or iTech Labs certification, and two-factor authentication (2FA).
  • Not unique – There isn't much that makes Spinsy stand out in the market. It performs solidly across the board, but aside from the sportsbook, the casino is best suited for those looking to enjoy a general casino experience.

Spinsy welcome bonus: Smaller than competitors', but fair terms

When I joined Spinsy, I claimed the casino sign-up bonus right away. The offer is a 100% matched bonus of up to $750 and 200 free spins. Currently, there is no Spinsy no deposit bonus, but it's not an offer found at all Canadian casino sites.

The welcome bonus is similar to competitors like Legiano, Vegasino, or Supabet, but it's not the biggest on the market. If you really want to maximize your bonus cash, there are Canadian casino promotions that offer thousands in matched funds. These include the JustCasino welcome bonus (up to $5,000) and those at Jackpot City (up to $1,600) and LuckyWins (up to $8,000). Of course, making the most of those offers also requires much larger deposits.

To trigger the promotion, you need to make a minimum deposit of $30. After making a deposit, I had to go to the "Profile" section to activate the bonus as it's not automatically applied. I was a little disappointed to find that Skrill and Neteller deposits are excluded from this offer.

The 200 free spins are handed out gradually, with 20 per day over ten days. Personally, I don't mind the staggered approach, which gives the sense of the benefits continuously unfolding over time.

However, it does mean logging in daily if you don't want to leave any spins unused. You must use those free spins within 24 hours before each block of 20 expires, which is fair enough in my opinion.

There's a maximum bet limit of $7.50. The matched funds have to be played through 35x, and it is 40x for the free spins. That's very much in line with bonuses at Legiano or Vegasino, and definitely easier to fulfil than platforms like Tonybet or PlayAmo, where the requirement is 50x for the welcome bonus.

I had to complete the wagering requirements within 10 days, which I was also satisfied with. When I claimed the welcome bonus at JustCasino, I had just seven days to clear my bonus cash, and I felt more rushed.

Where the bonuses impress

  • Bonus funds & free spins – I liked that Spinsy combines a deposit match with free spins for its welcome bonus. Many casinos, like Jackpot City or Spin Casino, stick to just a deposit match bonus. The allocation of 20 per day was enjoyable too. I logged in each day and used my spins when I had some free time.
  • Fair 35x wagering requirements – The 35x playthrough requirement is fair for an offer of this size. Clearing it feels much more achievable than the 50x that I've failed to meet at sites like PlayAmo.
  • Decent time frame of 10 days – You get 10 days to meet the wagering requirements, rather than the seven days at JustCasino. Those few days can make a big difference, especially if you don't plan on playing every day.
  • 200 free spins for minimum deposit – Even if you only deposit the minimum required of $30, you'll still get the full batch of free spins.

Where there's room for improvement

  • Small deposit match – The bonus cap is $750, which is small compared to casinos like JustCasino (up to $5,000), Jackpot City (up to $1,600), and LuckyWins (up to $8,000). If you're a higher roller who is prepared to spend a decent chunk of change up front, you might prefer a different offer.
  • Single deposit bonus – The offer is only available on the first deposit. The PlayAmo, Spin Casino, and LuckyWins welcome packages are available across multiple deposits, giving you more value over time.
  • Skrill and Neteller excluded – Unfortunately, Skrill and Neteller are excluded, which can be frustrating if you prefer to use e-wallets for payments. Many sites, like PlayAmo or Lemon Casino, don't have restrictions on payment methods for their bonuses.

Further bonuses

Spinsy keeps things rewarding with regular promotions. After I claimed the welcome bonus, I had plenty of bonuses, challenges, and prizes to explore. This was a highlight for me and made up for the smaller-than-average welcome bonus.

Ongoing bonuses

  • Weekend Reload Bonus – Every week from Friday to Sunday, there is a 50% bonus up to $1,050 and 50 free spins for a minimum deposit of $75. Alternatively, you can deposit just $30 to just get the match bonus, but no free spins.
  • Weekly Reload – From Monday to Thursday, you can get 50 free spins after making a $30 deposit. Like the welcome bonus, both reload bonuses (weekend and midweek) come with the same wagering requirements of 35x for bonus cash and 40x for free spins.
  • Live Cashback – You can get back 25% on losses up to $300 at live dealer tables each week. More often than not, live dealer games are left out of bonuses, so it was a refreshing change to find a promo tailored especially for live games.
  • Weekly Cashback – This offer is exclusive to the top three VIP levels, providing players with up to 15% cashback on losses of up to $4,800.
  • Tournaments – Join tournaments and climb the leaderboard to win a share of the prize pool. I liked how each one had a specific theme, like "Live Casino," "Slot of the Week," "Monthly Race," and more. It made me feel like I was exploring new parts of Spinsy while taking part.
  • Weekly Challenges – Participate in weekly challenges where you complete tasks on specific slots to earn rewards, like making 150 spins at a minimum of $0.45 per bet. It's a fun idea, especially to try out new games for a small prize.
  • VIP Program – Spinsy's VIP program consists of five levels, which come with benefits such as personalized offers, higher withdrawal limits, cashback, and a personal manager. It doesn't have unique perks or even a creative theme, unlike JustCasino's space themed program that includes potential Super Bowl tickets.
  • Bonus Shop – Earn Coins from 5% of every deposit you make, every $150 you wager, and through tournaments. You can use these to buy free spins, bonus crabs, bonus money, or free bets. It's great to see special promotions like this, but I do wish that it wasn't just copied and pasted across NovaForge platforms.
  • Bonus Crab – Get one Bonus Crab per day for every $15 you deposit. You can use this in the claw machine to win a prize. This is another generic NovaForge promo, but I do like that it's up for grabs every single day and costs just $15.

Examples of limited-time offers

  • Knock Knock Royal Live – Play eligible games to climb the leaderboard and win a share of $7,500. This tournament was designed especially for live games, with double points up for grabs if you played Gold Saloon Roulette. I'm used to only seeing tournaments for slots, so I had a lot of fun hitting the live tables for this one, even if I didn't wind up with a prize.
  • Urus Promotion – Join the race to win a Lamborghini Urus. This offer is listed as upcoming and hasn't yet been released. It certainly has the potential to be a lot more valuable than the standard Spinsy promos: I'd prefer to win a Lamborghini than a handful of free spins!

Expert tip: Spinsy has two ongoing reload bonuses, one over the weekend and one midweek. If you only intend to make one or two deposits per week, it makes a lot of sense to wait until the weekend when you'll get a 50% match bonus in addition to 50 free spins.

Games that deliver on quantity, but browsing needs work

Spinsy's library made a strong first impression with over 36,100 real money casino games. Unsurprisingly, slots dominate the collection with 32,100+ choices. There are also table games, live dealers, and more niche games.

In terms of size, it lines up closely with casinos like Supabet (36,100+) and Legiano (37,800+). It also dwarfs competitors like JustCasino or PlayAmo, which each offer over 10,000 games.

The collection is powered by 75+ studios, including Spinomenal, Play'n GO, Yggdrasil, Fazi, Amusnet, and Microgaming. A lot of the games were familiar to me, but there were also many titles that I hadn't come across before, so it was the perfect mix.

Keen to experience fresh real money slots, I decided to explore the latest additions to the library. Panda Pots and Lucky Licks were two of my favourites. Both were equally adorable, with simple gameplay that was perfect for a quick session, making them a great introduction to the collection.

There's also a selection for "exclusive" games, but I realized that they're not actually unique to Spinsy. I've already come across many of the same titles on sites like Legiano and Vegasino. Some genuine one-of-a-kind games would have been more of a draw.

Another issue that I had was that it's pretty tiring to explore the collection. Although you can sort by type of game or provider, considering there are over 36,100 titles, I'd prefer it if there were more filters or categories, like the advanced options at Lemon Casino.

There's no category for specialty or instant win games, either. The only way to find them is by searching, but unless you already know the exact game title, you'd never even know they're there.

Beyond the casino, Spinsy also offers a sportsbook on its platform. That makes it easy for those who want to switch between both kinds of betting in one place.

Where Spinsy's games shine

  • 36,100+ games – Spinsy boasts a collection of over 36,100 titles, which is much higher than average for a Canadian casino. It's more than 3x those of JustCasino or PlayAmo (10,000+), but realistically, no one's going to play through that many games. Still, the bigger the library, the more variety you get.
  • Demo mode – Aside from live dealer games, you can play each title in demo mode, so you can test games before putting down money. It's not a feature offered by all casinos, such as JustCasino.
  • Good mix of providers – There's a solid balance between big-name studios with familiar favourites and smaller developers, so you'll spot games you already know while also finding titles that you've probably never played before.
  • Strong quality of gameplay – Every game I tried ran smoothly with clear graphics, stable performance, and responsive controls. The overall experience felt reliable, polished, and hassle-free.
  • Sportsbook available – Spinsy doesn't just offer casino games, but also a sportsbook. This gives it an edge over competitors like Lemon Casino, Jackpot City, or Spin Casino that stick solely to casino play.

What needs improving

  • Difficult to browse – With over 36,100 games, the limited categories and filters make the library feel overwhelming to explore. The Lemon Casino game library, for example, makes it much easier to find games. But Spinsy doesn't seem like it's put in the same effort to streamline the browsing experience.
  • Not a unique collection – Even though the collection is massive, it's pretty much the same titles you'll also see at Legiano, Vegasino, or Supabet. This really struck me in the "exclusive" games section, which weren't truly exclusive. This overlap means the menu doesn't feel especially unique.

Play free demos

One thing I appreciated about Spinsy is that you can play every non-live dealer title in demo mode. Free casino games aren't available at every online casino. So, it's a plus to get the chance to test titles before spending any money here.

Top software providers

Spinsy collaborates with a wide network of developers, featuring titles from 75+ studios. That puts it on par with similar platforms like Supabet or Legiano, although it doesn't quite reach the same scale as JustCasino or PlayAmo (110+). The biggest contributors to Spinsy's library are Spinomenal (680+), Yggdrasil (440+), and Play'n GO (430+). These are well-known names in the industry, so it gives you a sense of reliability when it comes to gaming.

To get a feel of how well the games ran, I tried out Play'n GO's Reactoonz. It's a slot I've played at many casinos in the past, so it's easy to compare. It took a moment longer than expected to start, but after that, it ran smoothly. The quirky alien graphics were clear, the cascading grid worked as it should, and I managed a few solid wins.

Spinsy also features games from other well-known studios like Hacksaw Gaming, Relax Gaming, Booming Games, and Ruby Play, as well as lesser-known providers such as FBM, InOut, Felix Gaming, and Zillion. However, I did notice that some major names were missing, such as Pragmatic Play, Playtech, Novomatic, and BGaming, which I'm used to seeing at competitors like LuckyWins, PlayAmo, or JustCasino.

Live casino breakdown

The live casino at Spinsy, with over 1,400 titles, is comparable to the collections I found during my Legiano and Supabet casino reviews. Spinsy offers a good mix of games, including roulette (250+), blackjack (400+), game shows (180+), baccarat (50+), and a handful of other game types.

I've already had plenty of experience with classic live dealer games, so I decided to branch out and try something different. I went with Virtual Dragon Tiger, a game I've played before but never really focused on improving my skills.

Even though I wasn't as familiar with it, the dealer was professional, welcoming, and took the time to explain things clearly. It was generally well put together, comfortably paced, and I ended up really enjoying it.

Expert tip: Don't just stick to the big-name studios. Smaller developers like FBM, InOut, Felix Gaming, and Zillion may not be as well-known, but their titles can be a refreshing change from the standard titles. I tested a good selection of their games and was surprised by how polished they were.

Flexible banking at Spinsy with fiat and crypto

When it comes to payments, I found that Spinsy offers a solid mix of both cryptocurrencies and fiat currencies for casino deposits and withdrawals. Not every Canadian casino supports this kind of flexibility.

You can add funds with these CAD payment methods: Interac, Mastercard, MuchBetter, Neosurf, PaysafeCard, Skrill, Neteller, CashtoCode, Jeton, and MiFinity. The minimum deposit is $20 for most methods, which is similar to what it is at JustCasino or Vegasino.

Crypto is an option as well, with Bitcoin, Litecoin, and Dogecoin supported. I was disappointed to see that Bitcoin started at a minimum of the equivalent of $45, which is restrictive compared to JustCasino, where it is around $16. Litecoin and Dogecoin are more flexible, only requiring $20.

Altogether, there are 14 banking methods across deposits and withdrawals. For context, the average for a Canadian casino is eight, so this is a clear advantage. I tested several methods to add funds to my account; the process was smooth and fast, hitting my balance instantly.

Withdrawals can be made with Interac, MuchBetter, bank transfer, Skrill, Jeton, MiFinity, Bitcoin, Litecoin, and Dogecoin. I used Interac for one payout, which took about three business days, and another one with Litecoin, which cleared in just a couple of hours.

Positives of payments

  • Fiat & crypto supported – Spinsy allows deposits and withdrawals with CAD and cryptocurrencies, whereas many online casinos focus on one or the other.
  • Popular Canadian methods – Interac, MuchBetter, Neosurf, and MiFinity are particularly popular for Canadians. Some sites, like Lemon Casino or Jackpot City, don't cover all of these methods.
  • Fast withdrawals – The benefit of crypto withdrawals is their processing speed. It can take just a few hours to reach your wallet, which was my experience using Litecoin.
  • Wide range of methods – With 14 banking methods covering bank cards, e-wallets, cryptocurrencies, bank transfers, and cash, Spinsy offers more variety than the average Canadian casino, which typically has eight.
  • Minimum deposit of $20 – Most methods require a minimum deposit of only $20, which is lower than some Canadian casinos, such as LuckyWins ($30).

Deposit and withdrawal drawbacks

  • High Bitcoin minimum – At $45 minimum, it's far less flexible than casinos like JustCasino, where the minimum deposit is $16.
  • Few cryptocurrencies are available – Only three cryptocurrencies are available at Spinsy, whereas some sites, such as JustCasino or LuckyWins, offer over five methods.

How to deposit in six steps

It didn't take long for me to add money to my Spinsy balance and start playing games.

Here's how it worked for me:

  1. Go to Spinsy on your phone or laptop and log in to your account.
  2. In the top right corner, I clicked the deposit icon to open the payment page.
  3. All the payment methods are listed; I chose my preferred method from these options.
  4. I typed in the amount I wanted to add. Each method has its own minimum, starting as low as $15 for PaysafeCard.
  5. Depending on the method, I either entered my banking information, logged into my e-wallet, or scanned a QR code for crypto.
  6. After approving the payment, the funds were immediately deposited into my account.

Payment limits and timeframes

Payment method Min. deposit Withdrawal time
Interac $20 2 to 3 days
Mastercard $20 -
MuchBetter $20 2 to 3 days
Neosurf $20 -
PaysafeCard $15 -
Skrill $20 1 to 2 days
Neteller $20 -
CashtoCode $20 -
Jeton $20 2 to 3 days
MiFinity $20 2 to 3 days
Bitcoin $45 Up to 24 hours
Litecoin $20 Up to 24 hours
Dogecoin $20 Up to 24 hours
Bank transfer - 2 to 5 days

Expert tip: Spinsy supports several banking options, but if speed is a priority, crypto is your best bet. My Litecoin withdrawal was credited to my wallet within hours, compared to the three days it took with Interac.

How reliable is Spinsy really?

Spinsy received a Safety Index rating of 8.3, which is considered a strong score. It shows the platform is reliable overall, one we are happy to recommend from a safety perspective. However, there were some minor issues that stopped it getting a higher score.

We've classified Spinsy as a very big casino, with revenue high enough to give players confidence when it comes to payouts, as larger casinos usually run into a few issues with cash flow.

Altogether, Spinsy has received 107 complaints, mostly related to withdrawal delays. Given the casino's size and the fact that most were resolved or rejected, we're satisfied to consider these low-level issues rather than any serious signs of misconduct.

The negative impact on its score stems from its bonus terms. Spinsy includes rules that allow it to confiscate winnings if it decides your play is "low risk," and it also considers certain bonus hunting strategies as serious violations. These clauses aren't uncommon, but they can be vague and leave much up to the platform's interpretation.

In my opinion, "low risk" play, which involves choosing your games tactically to give yourself the best shot at clearing wagering requirements, is not only a legitimate strategy but simply the logical and smart thing to do.

Another factor is the low withdrawal limit, which is capped at $750 per day or $10,500 per month. This is restrictive compared to sites like JustCasino, where the limits are $6,000 per day and $42,000 per month.

Our Safety Index rating is calculated based on factors like fairness, casino size, complaints, and other security features. It doesn't take into account features like bonuses, promotions, or games. In other words, the score shows you how safe and reliable a casino is.

Safety strong points

  • Strong Safety Index rating – Spinsy has a strong score of 8.3/10 for fairness, size, and complaints, putting it ahead of competitors like JustCasino (6.8) or Monro (8).
  • Low-level complaints – Although there have been 107 complaints, most were related to withdrawal delays and have either been resolved or rejected, which doesn't suggest major issues.
  • Owned by NovaForge – Spinsy is owned by NovaForge, a large operator that runs dozens of popular casinos, giving the platform credibility compared to standalone brands.
  • Anjouan licence – Fully licensed under the Anjouan Gaming Board, which gives it legal authority. There are many casinos, like Krikodeps, which are unlicensed and have been added to our blacklist.
  • Responsible gaming resources – The site offers a dedicated page with self-exclusion details, advice, and support links, which is more comprehensive than those found on sites like JustCasino.

Where things need shoring up

  • Vague bonus terms – There are clauses on "low-risk play" and bonus strategies that are open to interpretation and could lead to withheld winnings.
  • Lack of transparency on security – Spinsy doesn't specify its technical safeguards and doesn't offer two-factor authentication (2FA), unlike competitors such as Jackpot City or Monro.
  • Undisclosed audit details – RNG testing is mentioned, but the names of the independent labs aren't provided. Other sites, such as Jackpot City or JustCasino, specify that eCOGRA or iTech Labs test their games.

Beyond the Safety Index rating

Aside from the factors that influence a site's Safety Index rating, our casino reviews look at further details to confirm its legitimacy.

Security features

Spinsy outlines in its privacy policy that it has administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect player data. However, the details don't actually explain what those involve. In comparison, sites like Jackpot City and Monro are more transparent, specifying the use of SSL encryption and independent security testing. I also wasn't able to find an option for two-factor authentication (2FA) on Spinsy.

Responsible gaming tools

The platform does have a dedicated responsible gaming page, which covers topics like self-exclusion, staying in control, a self-assessment questionnaire, and links to external support groups. It's more comprehensive than what you'll find at other top competitors, like JustCasino, but it lacks control tools. Sites like LuckyWins allow players to set limits on their spending or time.

Licensing

Spinsy is licensed through the Anjouan Gaming Board, which gives it the green light to operate internationally. Although it's a regulated platform, the Anjouan licence is relatively new and doesn't have the same reputation as others.

Other regulators, like Curaçao Gaming Authority, have a longer track record and are more widely recognized in the industry. It's held by platforms like JustCasino and PlayAmo, which gives them an added sense of credibility. Still, the Curaçao licence isn't the strictest regulator when compared to national or local bodies.

In Canada, the Kahnawake Gaming Commission and iGaming Ontario are known for their stricter compliance and player protection standards. That's why casinos like Jackpot City or Spin Casino feel more reassuring, as they're directly overseen by bodies that protect Canadian players specifically. In comparison, Spinsy doesn't offer the same local weight.

Third-party audits

Spinsy states that its games are powered by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been reviewed by independent auditors. It doesn't provide the names of the bodies that carry out the testing. Other casinos, like Jackpot City with eCOGRA or JustCasino with iTech Labs, are more transparent in telling you exactly who verifies the fairness of their games.

Expert tip: Even though Spinsy doesn't offer two-factor authentication (2FA), there are still other ways to keep your account secure. I recommend setting a strong and unique password and updating it every few months.

Spinsy runs well on your phone, but there's no dedicated app

When I tried Spinsy on my phone, the first thing I checked for was an app. However, the only option is to use the website through your phone's browser. That puts it behind Canadian competitors like Jackpot City or Spin Casino, which both have standalone online casino apps available.

Still, the website worked well on my iPhone 16. The full library and features were available, loading times were quick, and I could seamlessly switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data without any issues. Plus, the convenience of being able to just grab my phone and check my account in a couple of taps was a big benefit.

The platform itself is modern and polished, but forgettable. There are plenty of other casinos that share a similar kind of basic design. Some sites, like Legiano, have a distinct theme that gives it a bit of personality.

On top of this, Spinsy feels very familiar if you've used Supabet or Vegasino before. As sister sites, they all share the same layout, games, and promotions. The operator behind Spinsy, NovaForge Ltd., runs dozens of casinos built using the same software.

The branding might be different, but they're basically the same recycled platforms with very little originality. Even among NovaForge platforms, Spinsy doesn't really stand out.

Playing on the go pros

  • Smooth browser access – Even without an app, the website ran well from my phone's browser with fast loading times and no issues switching between Wi-Fi and data.
  • Full access on mobile – All of the games and features are available on your phone, just like on a desktop.
  • Convenient to use – Checking your account or playing a quick game is far more convenient from your phone than loading up a computer.
  • Stable on different devices – I tested it on both iOS and Android, and it worked smoothly across devices.
  • Responsive design – The site adapts well to smaller screens, making it just as easy to play on your phone as on a desktop. I've had issues with this at other casinos, such as Lemon Casino.

Mobile missteps

  • No dedicated app – Unlike Jackpot City or Spin Casino, there's no standalone app, which does make mobile gaming more convenient.
  • Forgettable design – The platform is modern but generic; it lacks any unique theme or personality compared to sites like Legiano.
  • Recycled platform – Spinsy shares the same layout, games, and promotions as its NovaForge sister sites, such as Supabet or Vegasino, which doesn't give it much originality.

Expert tip: You can add Spinsy directly to your home screen for easier access. Although it's not actually an app, this shortcut makes it feel like one. It's much quicker than opening your browser and typing the website address each time.

24/7 customer support through live chat

I decided to test out Spinsy's customer support, starting with the live chat. Although I was placed in a short queue, I connected with an agent in under two minutes. It felt quick compared to some casinos where I've been waiting for over an hour, like JustCasino.

Email support worked just like I'd expected. I received a response 10 hours after I'd asked my question. It was clear and answered my question in enough detail that I didn't need to follow up. There's also a Telegram channel available, but it's only used for broadcasting promotions.

For quick answers, you can also visit the help centre, which provides detailed information. This was far more helpful than the bare-bones FAQs I've come across on sites like JustCasino or Lemon Casino.

Pros

  • 24/7 live chat – Every time I used the live chat, I was connected to a representative almost immediately, which is far quicker than on sites like JustCasino. Fast support is always available at Spinsy.
  • Polite agents – Every agent I spoke to, whether through live chat or email, was friendly and happy to help with all my questions.
  • Detailed help centre – Unlike JustCasino or Lemon Casino, the FAQ section is very detailed and can answer several questions before you'd even need to contact support.
  • Email transcript – You have the option to send yourself a transcript of any live chat conversation, allowing you to reference it for future use if needed.
  • Telegram channel – You can join the Telegram channel to get updates on promotions and offers.

Cons

  • No phone line – There isn't a Canadian phone number to directly speak with someone, which is offered at some Canadian casinos, such as Tooniebet.
  • No social media support – You can't contact support through Instagram, Facebook, or X (formerly Twitter).

How we tested support

Support channel Response time
Live chat Few minutes
Email 10 to 12 hours
Telephone N/A
Social media N/A

Expert tip: In my experience, the easiest way to get help is through the live chat. I found it very straightforward and fast to use. Even if your question is really simple, the agents are always responsible and helpful. I'd even recommend going straight to chat instead of looking around the site for answers, it's that efficient.

How to register in four steps at Spinsy Casino

Registering at Spinsy was pretty quick, and I had my account set up in under five minutes. It did require more personal information upfront than other Canadian casinos, like JustCasino or PlayAmo, but overall, it was still straightforward.

Here's a step-by-step guide:

  1. Starting off, I loaded the Spinsy casino and clicked the "REGISTER" button at the top of the site.
  2. The first screen asked me to select my bonus, and I chose the casino promotion, which offers 100% up to $750 and 200 free spins.
  3. Next, I created my account by providing my email and password and confirming that I'd read the terms and privacy policy.
  4. Finally, I had to enter my first name, last name, date of birth, gender, country, currency, phone number, and address.

Spinsy is a reliable choice, but without the wow factor

All in all, my time at Spinsy left me with a positive impression backed by its 8.3 Safety Index rating. The welcome bonus of 100% up to $750 with 200 free spins is on the smaller side compared to LuckyWins ($8,000) or JustCasino ($5,000), but it's still enough to give new players a solid start. Beyond that, there are plenty of ongoing promotions to take advantage of, even just for small top-ups of $15 or $30.

The library is a definite strength with over 36,100 titles, comparable to similar sites such as Supabet (36,100+) and Legiano (37,800+). Payments were also easy, with 14 methods available and the flexibility of using CAD and crypto.

Mobile play was reliable through a browser, even without an app, and live chat support responded almost immediately, faster than major competitors like JustCasino, where waits can reach an hour.

Where Spinsy fell short for me was its originality. For one, it is part of NovaForge's network of casinos, sharing the same recycled platform I saw during my Supabet and Vegasino casino reviews. It also just doesn't particularly stand out, even compared to its sister sites. That said, if you're after a casino that offers an all-round experience, this could be the one for you.

Hello,
I'm filing a formal complaint against this casino because talking to their live chat is both frustrating and ridiculous. The withdrawal requests were submitted on September 17 and 19, 2025, and were canceled. Their excuse was that my bank had rejected them. This was a complete lie, as I immediately contacted the bank in question, and they knew nothing about the issue. Once I learned this, I contacted the casino again. It was more of the same: vague copy-and-paste responses that only made me even more desperate.
As of today, I have three withdrawals of €500, with €6,500 pending. I've tried withdrawing them through different methods so they can't use the bank's excuse. I consider the treatment received so far to be quite poor, but they have the option to redeem themselves. I remain willing to cooperate, but I also reserve the right to escalate the case if the matter continues to be delayed.

Hello,
With this review, I want to warn people who aren't allowed to enter this casino. This casino has caused me many sleepless nights and headaches, and I'll explain why.
I started registering at the casino, just like you have to at other casinos. I didn't have to verify my identity at first, not even for my first withdrawal, which was €200. Up until then, I had no idea what to expect. Then I hit my jackpot. At first, it was about €20,000, which I naturally wanted immediately. I went to the withdrawal page and tried to withdraw the money, but it didn't work. It said I'd reached a limit, which naturally made me worried about the money. Brief info: "The winnings came without bonuses or anything else." I immediately wrote to live support to ask why I couldn't withdraw everything, and they told me I was VIP level 3, which meant I could only withdraw €800 every 24 hours, which I did. Then, after a week, I didn't receive any of my money, and in the meantime, I kept playing and doubled the €20,000 again. Ultimately, I reached €42,000, which, of course, made me happy. I still haven't heard anything about my withdrawals and wrote to live support almost daily. They kept telling me that the finance department was currently processing a lot of withdrawals, which was delaying mine. Which was fine with me. It can happen. A week later, I wrote again to ask if there were any problems with my withdrawal. They told me I had to verify my identity. No sooner said than done. After that, I waited another two to three weeks and filed a complaint with Casino Guru, saying This was my last chance to get my money. Then, after a while, they started making withdrawals. As I said, I was VIP level 3 and could request €800 every 24 hours. Then I couldn't request any more withdrawals because I'd reached my monthly limit, which Casio also has: "A monthly limit." Well, I figured it was almost the end of the month, so I'd be able to do it again soon. The new month began, and I wanted to request the next €800. But it didn't work again. I wrote to live support again to ask why I couldn't request a withdrawal. They told me, "I had slipped into VIP level 1 because I hadn't made any more deposits and hadn't played any more." Great, so with VIP level 1 I could only request 500 euros every 24 hours, and up to a maximum of 3 requests. So I requested 3, I had to wait until one or more were paid out so I could request the next 500 euros, and I had to wait until my monthly limit of 7,000 euros, and that with a balance of 40,000 euros. It would have taken a long time until I had everything.

This casino gives you extra time to keep playing, which I did to some extent and now regret. They hope that some players think they can double their winnings or even make more. It's hard to imagine if you win 100,000 and can only withdraw 7,000 a month if everything goes smoothly. How long would you have to wait for your money?
What I'd also like to add is that if you want to delete your account, you can only do so via email. I've read that if you don't do this, you'll start paying fees after 90 days of inactivity on your account.

Conclusion
The casino isn't necessarily bad, but if you don't want to wait long for your money, I wouldn't recommend Spinsy.
  • Long waiting times for payout
  • No concrete information about problems
  • Same excuses from staff (AI)
  • Higher winnings cannot be paid out in full
  • No way to contact anyone except email or live support (AI)
  • Gaming behavior depends on how much you can withdraw

This casino has a good platform.
They will happily let you deposit but to withdraw i am still trying to get my pay out of a small 250.
  • Good games
  • 22nd of may tried to withdraw its now the 29th of May and yet still has not been processed, while chatting with the live chat gets no where as in it's a automated response when ask to talk to finalize team it's avoided
  • Feel it's a unsafe casino
  • Live chat is automated

I've been waiting a week for my 1400€ withdrawal to be processed, support always gives the same answer that it's a financial delay, I sent an email and it was ignored, a real scam, to deposit there are no delays only to withdraw it seems that it is a general problem and all users complain about the same problem, I don't know how this site is still active with so many complaints, don't spend a penny on this scam
  • No positive points
  • Unable to make withdrawals
  • Customer service is useless

Terrible Experience - Still Waiting for My Withdrawal

I am extremely disappointed with Spinsy Casino. I requested a withdrawal of €1,500 over 9 days ago, and I still haven’t received it. The process has been slow, and there has been no clear communication from their support team about the delay. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with such unprofessional service.

I trusted this platform with my money, and they have failed to deliver. I wouldn’t recommend Spinsy Casino to anyone. If you’re looking for a reliable and trustworthy online casino, look elsewhere.

Stay Away!

Terrible. I've had withdrawals pending for more than 5 days and they haven't resolved anything. They say there are delays but it's all a lie. This is fraud
  • Nothing

  • Pick-up not enough

Ten days ago, on March 7, 2025, I sent an email to support stating that I wanted to close my account due to gambling addiction. Nothing has happened. I can still log in, and they're even sending me promotional offers via SMS and email, even though I haven't activated them. The casino doesn't adhere to its own terms and conditions. Caution is advised here, so stay away.
  • Nothing
  • Doesn't take player protection seriously
  • Account is not closed despite repeated requests, so you can continue to deposit

strongly advise everyone to stay away from Spinsy Casino.

A month ago, I won $21,700 and submitted a withdrawal request. Their website states that withdrawals are reviewed and processed within 72 hours. However, my first withdrawal of $3,700 (the maximum allowed per transaction) took 16 days to process.

After finally receiving that payment, I immediately submitted a second withdrawal request. It has now been over 10 days, and despite contacting support daily, I receive the same copy-paste responses:

• "Your withdrawal is highly prioritized."
• "It’s in the final stage."
• "We have high traffic, but it will be done very soon."

This is by far the worst withdrawal experience I’ve ever had in over a decade of online gambling. Delays can happen once in a while, but every single withdrawal? If this pattern continues, it could take months to withdraw my remaining $18,000.

Spinsy Casino is highly unprofessional and unreliable. A legitimate casino would not operate this way. Based on my experience, this platform deserves a much lower rating than it currently has. Avoid at all costs.
Even if i was sure that i would win i wouldn’t gamble on spinsy.

My account was blocked due to gambling addiction. They just reopened it and there was no chance of closing it... The reason (allegedly technical errors like in the 15 other accounts of Rabidi NV) Super annoying when you've stopped playing casino.
  • Many game providers
  • Account was simply reopened
  • No player protection
  • Support doesn't help and writing emails doesn't help either

Actually a good casino with a large selection of slots, but does not stick to the promised payout time of 72 hours.
My withdrawal has been pending for 5 days and the duration has long exceeded.
No feedback, nothing, always in progress
  • Large selection of games
  • Poor payout time
  • Payout takes too long
  • Does not adhere to promised payout period
• 1 year ago
I tested this casino for several days. Several thousand spins, practically no winnings. They must have a very good contract for themselves from the producers. Literally the games I played in other casinos looked fake. I recorded a video where I didn't have any free spins or bonuses for 4 hours of play. What a massacre. I do not recommend. Games play@go they work very slowly. Elk games do not award any winning spins. Everything looks tragic...
  • Number of games
  • Page layout
  • Hanging games
  • Low RTP
  • Draws without a reason
  • There is practically no responsible play and the chat doesn't help
