I no longer have an account at this casino and I have even deleted the email I used to avoid any phishing attempts. Guys, what I am telling you is true and I have no reason to lie. Besides, this casino is reprehensible, as can be seen from all the complaints and comments about it.
I made a deposit of €200, which I increased to €15,000 by playing. When I requested a withdrawal according to the regulations, my transaction was never completed and remained in the evaluation stage for 60 full days. You can't withdraw more than €700. I can't delete my account after several emails. They claim they don't speak German and I should write the message in English, which I did. My account still hasn't been deleted. Messages and emails are blocked, but they're still arriving. Unreliable! When making a deposit it says no fee, but the fee will still be deducted! Hands off!
