As far as just playing slots, I've had no issues with Jokery. Selection is good, bonuses are fair and the site is easy to navigate. The loyalty system is there, but it takes forever to get anywhere. The challenges for rewards are okay in theory, but I find most of my challenges refuse to register to completion.
The big issue here is when you get lucky and win.
First of all, when making a withdrawal there is no stated limit on how much you can withdraw. This information is hidden in terms or you can read about it if you visit the loyalty section. At no point during the actual process of making a withdrawal does it state that there even is a limit.
I found out because I wanted to cash out 29 000 NOK. 24 hours later I got an email telling me it was cancelled. No information as to why this happened in said email.
Contacting support, I was told my "daily limit" was 700 EUR.
So I now have to make several smaller withdrawals to get all funds. I've made 5 successful withdrawals at this point (I gambled more because that's the temptation when there's balance to play), so I will at least say that there does not seem to be any issues actually getting your winnings, it just takes a lot of time.
For my withdrawals, each has taken over 24 hours to process, with the exception of the last one which took well over 40 hours.
And here is where my big issue lies...
My last withdrawal was started on September 1st. I started another one today. When the September 1st withdrawal completed and the funds hit my wallet, they promptly cancelled the second.
Again, I was not informed of the reason for this in the email they sent me, and again I had to ask support.
Support told me that the 700 EUR limit was the maximum amount the payment team could process in 24 hours.
So no, you cannot make a daily withdrawal of up to 700 EUR. You have to make one, wait for however long that takes to process and complete and THEN you can make another. Mind you, they have a stated processing time of 24 - 72 hours.
In practice this means that Jokery casino operate with a withdrawal limit of 700 EUR per a potential 72 hours.
A potential limit of 700 EUR per 3 full days is patently absurd. Imagine the nightmare if you were to really win big? You'd spend months working to get your winnings out.
So tldr: it's a fine casino for playing games, but their low and in my opinion misleading withdrawal limits should make you look elsewhere. A relatively modest balance can easily take you up to or over a week to actually get out. No one wants to deal with this.
I'd say stay away. Not recommended in the slightest.

I deposited 20 euros to play a specific slot game, which gave me a 40 euro bonus. It paid me 3000 euros. The problem arose when I tried to withdraw, where everything was a nightmare. I encountered countless problems identifying the account, and it was impossible to contact them; you could only talk to a bot that was completely useless. After completing the verification and being allowed to make a withdrawal to my account, two days later I received an email stating that verification was missing, which I had already uploaded 3 times. Immediately afterward, another email stated that, due to a breach of a clause that was surely fabricated, the entire balance of my account would be deducted, leaving me with the 20 euros that I had deposited. Not with all that, I play now and win 300, finding myself in the same situation / conclusion: they are pirates, never play in a casino that is not based in Spain because you can't even report it.
