I deposited 20 euros to play a specific slot game, which gave me a 40 euro bonus. It paid me 3000 euros. The problem arose when I tried to withdraw, where everything was a nightmare. I encountered countless problems identifying the account, and it was impossible to contact them; you could only talk to a bot that was completely useless. After completing the verification and being allowed to make a withdrawal to my account, two days later I received an email stating that verification was missing, which I had already uploaded 3 times. Immediately afterward, another email stated that, due to a breach of a clause that was surely fabricated, the entire balance of my account would be deducted, leaving me with the 20 euros that I had deposited. Not with all that, I play now and win 300, finding myself in the same situation / conclusion: they are pirates, never play in a casino that is not based in Spain because you can't even report it.
