My experience with this casino was entirely negative.
I previously played at Realz and deliberately closed my account there due to my problematic gambling behavior. It was all the more shocking for me to discover that my data was apparently shared without my consent, because shortly afterwards I received advertising from this casino. The casinos are connected! In my view, this constitutes a clear violation of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applicable in Europe, as well as player protection laws.
I played about 120 spins at €1 each. The highest win was just €1.40 – that speaks for itself.
In addition, there were massive technical problems: I was kicked out of the game multiple times, which severely impacted the gaming experience. A deposit bonus couldn't be used at all due to an error message ("incorrect code"). Support was no help and seemed completely overwhelmed.
In my opinion, this casino is disreputable and untrustworthy. I can only advise everyone: stay away!
