I'm familiar with this provider from their early casinos (Cashwin, Greatspin, and Goldspin) and was very surprised to discover they now have almost 30 different brands, all running on the same software, which appears to be their own. So I registered at four of the new ones, but haven't deposited anything yet. A few days later, the first increased bonus offer for these 4 came along: a 200% bonus and spins for the first deposit because of Easter.
It's worth noting that this casino group (so far) is one of the few remaining that doesn't impose a maximum win limit, such as a 10x bonus amount, and the software runs very well, with only a few minor glitches. The slot selection and where the bonus can be used are above average, and I personally really like the mission system in their casinos, where you receive additional spins, bonus features, etc., by completing tasks (missions), for example, play 100 spins on slot XY and receive 20 free spins on slot XY. There's also a weekly casino mission and a sports mission, which are somewhat more extensive and include various bets in the live casino, slots, etc. Normally, I play with stakes of a maximum of 30-40 cents per spin, but one of the conditions of this mission is to place 5 spins of €5 each on a specific Belatra slot. At that point, after a €25 deposit, I had a balance of around €200 and figured I could handle the €25 loss, as had been the case in the past with the sister casinos playing that slot. However, I got lucky with the last spin, and the €5 turned into €1700, which meant the remaining wagering requirements for the bonus were quickly met. (After completing this weekly mission, you can spin a wheel that awards wager-free spins or cash prizes; I received another €20 as a bonus.)
After fulfilling the sales requirements, I had a credit balance of approximately €1900. Verification is done via an external provider, as with many others, in real time, and you also have to verify your payment method. I had already read warnings in the reviews that the casinos tend to delay KYC or that there were already unresolved complaints - but since I hadn't noticed anything extremely negative with the others so far, I didn't have any major doubts.
Unfortunately, as with many casinos, the problems start as soon as you try to withdraw your winnings. If there's one thing you hate as a customer, it's receiving standard emails stating that your withdrawal was declined without any explanation. I was aware that there were (fair) limits of €700 per day, €3,000 per week, etc., which increase over time depending on activity. I misread something, and after my email inquiry was unfortunately ignored, the live chat told me the next day that the limit was €600. Of course, the casino software could be programmed so that customers can't request more than allowed, just as reasons for rejections could be mandatory, or emails could be answered... These three things leave a very bad taste in my mouth, and you should judge for yourself. The fact is, I received my first €600 withdrawal yesterday, and now I hope that the remaining withdrawals will also be processed without such gambling-related issues. I am aware that one is not a good customer for a casino if one achieves such a high profit from a 25 Euro deposit, however, fair play should include acknowledging this, provided the customer complied with all conditions, and especially with a provider offering 29 casinos, one should expect the professionalism to respond to emails or even send explanations directly.
In conclusion: In the rather challenging online casino market, this provider has great potential in my opinion, and it would be great to see a new player with a good reputation join the scene. Well my experience is as follows. I had deposited 60 euros along with a 50% bonus. I succeeded and released it. The amount I won in total is 2,700 euros. As I am a prone player, I asked the site to close my account for a few days so that I could withdraw my money without playing it. In the live chat we had agreed that the daily limit is 700 euros per day and that by closing the account all the withdrawals I had requested would be processed without any problems. After a delay of the first successful withdrawal the remaining withdrawals of 700 euros were returned to my account. Asking for an explanation from the live chat, they told me that I cannot request multiple withdrawals of 700 euros, only 1 per day. I asked for a daily loss limit and was denied. In short, if you get something good, how much trouble there is and the chance of losing money if you are a gambler. I don't recommend it. Very bad casino with no loss or deposit limit but only withdrawal limit which is in their favor.
