And, from there, I enjoyed a full slate of reload promos, cashback, and tournaments.

The payment options were also a highlight, with plenty of fiat and crypto options available and fast withdrawal processing. Having written a Wyns casino review recently, I know this puts them on par. Those easy deposits meant I could jump straight into the casino's selection of more than 37,000 games, which include slots, live dealers, and instant games.

The site's template will be familiar to anyone who's visited another NovaForge site like Vegasino, so I can't give it full points for originality. But I do like the fighter theme that comes complete with BigClash's own mini-game.

Where there's room to improve

• Visa not accepted – This major credit card is missing from the list of available payment methods, although you'll find it at other casinos like Jackpot City.
• E-wallets are restricted – You can't use Skrill or Neteller to trigger your welcome bonus, which is disappointing. Many casinos, including Slots Gallery, don't have any restrictions on the payment methods you use for bonuses.

BigClash's welcome offer: Familiar but valuable

BigClash casino's Canada bonuses start with its welcome offer, which I claimed as soon as I finished signing up. The 100% deposit match up to $750 and 200 free spins is a pretty typical casino welcome bonus, also offered at Vegasino and Frumzi, to name just a few examples. Although it's not as high as Crowngreen's $1,500 offer with 100 spins, it's still a generous amount for mid-range players.

To claim the welcome offer, I just had to make my first deposit of at least $30. I was disappointed that Skrill and Neteller are excluded from qualifying for the welcome offer, but there are plenty of crypto and fiat options accepted. There was also a lack of a BigClash no deposit bonus, but these are quite rare among larger Canadian casinos.

The 200 free spins are handed out 20 at a time for 10 days. I don't mind that they're spread out, which makes the bonus last longer, although they expire after 24 hours, so you have to make sure to log in every day to get all 200.

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is a reasonable 35x for bonus funds and 40x for free spins. This is the same as you'll find at Legiano or Spinsy, and lower than the 45x at VegaZone. There's also a maximum bet limit of $7.50 to prevent you from clearing that requirement too quickly.

You have 10 days to complete the wagering requirements after claiming the offer, which is another reason to appreciate those 35x and 40x numbers. A 10-day expiry makes clearing the requirements much more achievable than at JustCasino, where you only have seven days.

What we like

• Fair wagering requirements – The 35x wagering requirement on bonus funds is lower than the 50x at PlayAmo, and is much more achievable to clear.

BigClash's bustling library: More than 37,000 games

BigClash's game collection is made up of more than 37,000 games, with more than 33,200 of those being top real money online slots. However, there are also plenty of table games, live dealers, and instant games to add variety.

The game menu slightly overshadows Supabet, with more than 36,100 titles, and is miles ahead of the 550+ games at a site like Spin Galaxy. Overall, BigClash's menu is comfortably bigger than average for an real money online casino games library in Canada.

I began my exploration of the game library by checking out the game categories, which include New, Top and Exclusive, among others. When you have such a big library, effective organization becomes very important, and I found it intuitive to browse the different sections. This led me to titles I might never have discovered otherwise, like Betsoft's Disco Farm Hold & Win.

I also used the search bar to see if some of my favourite games were available at BigClash, like Hacksaw Gaming's Wanted Dead or a Wild. I like how you can easily filter by any of the 90+ software providers and how it shows you the total number of games listed beside each provider in the menu.

The platform performs fast enough that it's easy to click between different sections and games, even when switching between real money online blackjack and the main slots library, for instance.

In the live casino, I explored my favourite section – game shows – before settling down to play Gold Saloon Roulette as part of that week's live tournament. OnAir's live hosts are always engaging and professional, which added to my experience.

The only real drawback to BigClash's library is that it's pretty much the same as other NovaForge casinos. Even the games in the Exclusive category aren't exclusive to BigClash alone, as I found them at other NovaForge casinos like Pistolo.

In addition to the casino, you can wager on the latest sporting events at BigClash's separate sportsbook page. Your account switches easily between the sportsbook and casino.

• Reliable gameplay – The games at this casino loaded quickly, whether I was playing on my desktop or phone, without any crashes or visible lag.

Game losers

• Demo mode – Although you can try out the games for free, you have to log out to do it. I prefer Spin Galaxy, which makes demo mode available when logged in.
• Familiar library – BigClash's games are basically the same as other NovaForge casinos like Supabet or MafiaCasino. It would be nice to see more variety between these sites.

You can try out games for free at BigClash, but there's a catch. Demo mode is only available when you're logged out of your account. The offer of free casino games is a good way to attract players who haven't signed up yet, but I wish it were also available when I was logged in to play. Still, it's better than a site like JustCasino that has no demo mode at all.

Software providers of all sizes supply the games

BigClash's game library is supplied by over 90 of the industry's best software developers, far surpassing the handful of providers at Jackpot City. However, it has less than some. As I noted in my JustCasino review, it has 110 providers.

The companies with the most games are Spinomenal (690+), Yggdrasil (450+), and Fazi (400+). Other trusted developers at this casino include Hacksaw, Relax Gaming, and Playson. I was glad to recognize so many names, which adds to the site's credibility.

There are also some newer developers at this casino, at least they were new to me. I explored games from smaller studios like Shady Lady and InOut and was impressed with the overall quality. InOut's Chickens vs Zombies even became a new personal favourite.

BigClash lacked Pragmatic Play and Playtech, but as noted in my LuckyWins review, both are available at the competitor. That said, with so many other reputable developers at this casino, I didn't find myself missing them.

A look inside the live casino

I was happy with the 1600+ live games that I found at BigClash. It's more than I found while writing my Spinsy review, which uncovered 1,400+ live games, and was more than enough to keep me entertained.

The live game lobby is well organized to show off the categories, which include online blackjack, roulette, baccarat, poker and game shows. I appreciated seeing big developers like ICONIC21 and Imagine Live, so I knew I'd be playing quality games with professional hosts.

I spent some time playing Robin the Fair, a new game show by Imagine Live. I like game shows that bring something different, and this one had a unique medieval theme. I also had to participate in the casino's Golden Saloon Live tournament, so I tried out a few Golden Saloon blackjack and roulette games. I didn't win the tournament, but I still had plenty of fun.

Plenty of choices for flexible banking

BigClash provides 15 casino payment options, with a mix of traditional fiat and modern cryptocurrencies. This is more than I've seen at some other Canadian casinos, like Jackpot City, which offers the Canadian average of eight methods.

The casino caters to Canadian players by offering payment methods like Interac, MuchBetter, and MiFinity in addition to globally popular methods like Skrill. I was disappointed to see that they only accept one credit card – Mastercard is common enough in Canada, but Visa is still the go-to choice for many, and it's not available here.

Three types of crypto are also accepted: Bitcoin, Litecoin and Dogecoin. This will appeal to players who like fast, anonymous payments, although one disadvantage is Bitcoin's high minimum deposit, which is equivalent to $45.

Other minimum deposits average around $20 at BigClash, except for Interac, which is just $10. This is higher than the $10 average minimum at Grizzly's Quest, which made me grateful for the lower Interac option.

Depositing and withdrawing money were simple processes. I tested out Interac first, and it was similar to my experience at other casinos like Spinbara. My deposit landed in my account immediately, and the withdrawal took about three days. Later, I chose Litecoin for a withdrawal and received my money in a speedy three hours.

Payment positives

• Range of payment methods – BigClash accepts 15 options, including Interac, e-wallets and crypto. It beats Jackpot City's eight options.

• $10 Interac deposits – Most deposit methods at BigClash start at $20, but Interac lets you play games for as little as $10.

Payment pitfalls

• No Visa – I'm always surprised to see this major credit card missing from the list of payment options, but it's a common policy at NovaForge casinos like Supabet.
• Few crypto options – There are countless cryptocurrencies out there, but BigClash accepts just three of them. In comparison, Verde Casino accepts nine.

How to deposit in six steps

Once my BigClash casino account was created, it took just a couple of minutes to make my first deposit. Here are the steps I followed:

1. First, I went to the BigClash website and logged into my account.
2. I clicked on the green coins button at the top of the page to go to the cashier. The process is the same using a phone or tablet.
3. I selected my payment method from the list of available options. My go-to method is Interac, so that's the one I chose.

Is BigClash a safe place to play online?

While this rating is constantly being updated according to new information that we receive, BigClash has consistently ranked near the top of our list of Canadian casinos. Let's take a look at why this casino has scored Very High on our index.

BigClash is a relatively new casino launched in 2025. We've received fewer complaints from players, partly because it simply hasn't been online as long as other casinos. Still, the complaints that we have received have been resolved quickly and don't indicate any major safety issues.

We also haven't found any evidence of unfair terms and conditions that could negatively impact the Safety Index score. We read through their detailed T&Cs and were impressed with the attention to detail in sections on liability and complaints resolution.

Minor points were deducted for BigClash's withdrawal limits, which we find slightly restrictive. The maximums are set at $750 per day or $10,500 per month, although they do increase with your loyalty level. The limits are less than you'll find at PlayAmo, where it's $4,000 per day or $50,000 per month.

Other NovaForge casinos like Supabet and Zip Casino also have High or Very High Safety Index ratings, proving that BigClash's score isn't just a one-off and security is strong across the company's full slate of casinos. We also haven't found BigClash listed on any casino blacklist.

Signs of weakness

BigClash's responsible gaming page contains all the expected information, like self-assessment questions and links to support organizations. What's missing is some information for setting player limits. BigClash doesn't appear to offer this feature, unlike TonyBet Casino. Also, the page is basically a copy-paste from other NovaForge responsible gambling pages, which is a little disappointing.

Licensing

BigClash's online casino licence comes from the Anjouan Gaming Board (AGB), which is applicable in all the countries where the casino operates. Anjouan is newer than some other licences, and is yet to achieve the same trusted reputation as the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) or the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC).

Data protection

We scoured BigClash's privacy notice to understand what they do to protect player data. They're clear about what and why they collect, and how long they keep your information, which we appreciate.

When it comes to security tools, the casino uses advanced 256-bit encryption to protect data from hacks. However, they're missing two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security when logging into the casino, something Monro offers.

No app available, but still a good mobile experience

If you like to play games on the go, you'll have to use the BigClash casino website as the casino doesn't have a mobile casino app. Casinos that release apps like Jackpot City will always stand out from the competition, but I found the mobile experience at this casino to be a positive one.

BigClash's site is mobile-optimized, which means you can expect fast downloads and clear graphics on any device. I was happy that I could play my favourite slots with no lag in the mechanics or animation. The graphics looked sharp and crystal-clear.

• Misleading info – On my iPhone, the casino website adds a "Download at the Apple app store" button, which simply isn't true.

Customer support: 24/7 live chat is fast and friendly

The two main ways to get in touch with customer support at BigClash are live chat and email. There's also an FAQ page that answered most of my basic questions about withdrawals, verifications, and other topics.

When I tried out the live chat, I was connected in under a minute. In my experience, this is pretty standard for a NovaForge casino; I had a similar experience at Cleobetra.

The agent I spoke with was friendly and ready to answer all my questions. However, when I went back a second time to try the live chat in French, I discovered that it relies on an auto-translator. The person I connected with was still helpful, but it's just not the same as speaking to a fluent support agent.

Their email support also works well, with responses in less than 24 hours. I prefer to use email for more complicated questions, so it's nice to know that BigClash won't keep you waiting for a reply.

• 24/7 live support – I connected to the live chat at various times of day and can confirm it really is available 24 hours.
• Reasonable response times – Their email support answered my question in about 12 hours, similar to my experience while writing my Vegasino review.
• Organized FAQs – BigClash's FAQ page is neatly sorted into eight categories, so you can find what you're looking for, unlike Lemon Casino, which is one long page.
• Live chat tools – You can attach files and request a transcript of your live chats, helpful when discussing complicated account or payment issues.
• Friendly support – With both email and live chat, the support staff were professional and friendly, and I felt like they cared about my concerns.

Not so supportive

• No social media – I couldn't find any social media channels as an alternative way to contact BigClash. It pales in comparison to Casino Rocket's multiple social accounts.
• No phone number – There's no phone support, which is similar to other casinos like Pistolo.
• Limited multilingual support – Their support in languages other than English relies on an auto-translator, which is prone to making mistakes.

How we tested support

How to register in five steps

It took me just a couple of minutes to sign up for an account at BigClash. The casino asks for basic information up front, and you can skip the full identity verification step until later.

Here's what I did to register:

Overall, I enjoyed my time exploring and writing this BigClash casino review. I found the casino performs well in all major categories, from the large game library to its bonus offers and wide range of payment methods.

I especially enjoyed the large selection of jackpots, instant games and live dealer games available here. The 37,000+ game library guarantees I can always find something new to discover, unlike Lemon Casino's 5,400+ game menu.

While a lot of this casino's features are similar to other NovaForge sites like Cleobetra or Supabet, BigClash stands out for its fun MMA theme and the unique fight club game.

There are some things I think could be improved. I'd like to see BigClash add a dedicated mobile app with more mobile-only features, although I was satisfied with the mobile experience on my iPhone browser. I also think the casino could work on expanding its social media presence to compete with sites like Jackpot City.
