I really wanted to like this casino. The game selection looked promising and the website design is clean enough. But after several weeks of playing, I've run into too many issues to ignore. my first withdrawal took five days to process, and I had to chase support twice just to get an update. When I finally received the money, it was less than expected due to fees that weren't clearly disclosed upfront. The welcome offer looks generous, but the wagering requirements are so high that I never came close to cashing anything out from it. Customer support is polite but not very effective. On the positive side, deposits were instant and the game lobby is easy to browse, but that's not enough to compensate for the frustration around withdrawals, unclear bonus terms, and unhelpful support.

I chose the casino because it was ranked as the second best casino for 2026 by CasinoGuru, however, I cannot agree with their assessment.
Welcome bonus is ok 100% / 35x. Wide selection of games, smooth site operation and bonuses are positive. However, these do not save the experience if there is no possibility to win money from the casino. However, they are not of much use if you can not actually win real money with them.
The first problem is the RTP of the games on the site, which is really low, like all sites in the same group. An even bigger problem is the non-functioning of withdrawals. You have to wait days for a withdrawal, it may bounce as a wreck for no reason and you are told to put it back in, meaning you have to wait days again.
The casino experience is therefore not to be praised, because by current standards there is no reason for withdrawals to take more than 3 hours, the idea seems to be to wait until the player plays back the withdrawal or they completely leave the money unpaid to the players.
One thing to note about the withdrawal is that at first I tried to withdraw to a bank account, the withdrawal request was open for an estimated 48 hours, then I withdrew to PlayID, which was successful, but withdrawal from PlayID is only successful after the casino has checked. So you get the impression of a fast transfer, even though the money is still on hold with PlayID due to the casino.
Easy registration with PlayID, but not worth using for payments, equally poor experience, €300 of undelivered money that I'll probably never see.

I chose the casino because it was ranked as the second best casino for 2026 by CasinoGuru, however, I cannot agree with their assessment.
Welcome bonus is ok 100% / 35x. Wide selection of games, smooth site operation and bonuses are positive. However, these do not save the experience if there is no possibility to win money from the casino. However, they are not of much use if you can not actually win real money with them.
The first problem is the RTP of the games on the site, which is really low, like all sites in the same group. An even bigger problem is the non-functioning of withdrawals. You have to wait days for a withdrawal, it may bounce as a wreck for no reason and you are told to put it back in, meaning you have to wait days again.
The casino experience is therefore not to be praised, because by current standards there is no reason for withdrawals to take more than 3 hours, the idea seems to be to wait until the player plays back the withdrawal or they completely leave the money unpaid to the players.
One thing to note about the withdrawal is that at first I tried to withdraw to a bank account, the withdrawal request was open for an estimated 48 hours, then I withdrew to PlayID, which was successful, but withdrawal from PlayID is only successful after the casino has checked. So you get the impression of a fast transfer, even though the money is still on hold with PlayID due to the casino.
Easy registration with PlayID, but not worth using for payments, equally poor experience, €300 of undelivered money that I'll probably never see.

I can only advise everyone not to play there, the money is almost certainly gone, and winnings are not processed or paid out! I've been waiting for 10 days now, so Pistolo hasn't met the 3 business days deadline! The support team responds quickly and friendly with pre-written sentences, but that doesn't help anyone with the payout! I think the casino is a scam!!!

No responsible Gambling tools . No ability to set limits set break times nothing. Very very difficult to take a break or self exclude in anyway. Avoid. I had multiple emails sent and apparently you notify the casino clearly stating your intentions to self exclude then you have to wait for the casino to respond, normally with an enticement offers if you still manage to fight the urge and ask to self exclusion you must re sent the resquest to take a break and waiting on another email that asks are you sure which takes days. Unfortunately, I don't understand the positive rating for Casino Guru at all. I don't know what the criteria are, but when it comes to payouts and player rights (e.g., when an account is closed), this casino is really, really bad! Terrible at first I thought it was fine because I deposited several times but the last time I wanted the €40 deposit promo so they would give me 300 free spins...well neither one nor the other. Stay away from this casino, it's a scam. I waited 13 days for my payout, they didn't pay out my money and they canceled the deposit. Of course I lost it. Verification takes 10 days, I've never seen it, so it's a fake casino and they don't pay out if you win a large sum.
