Do not play at this casino. It's been over a month and still I cannot complete the verification. It's laughable, they always ask me for new documents. I registered at SlotsPalace Casino on the 10th of this month of June 2023 and I detected different irregularities in my opinion. The first is not to request identity verification from the new player, a detail that I did not like at all. 2a, the limitation of withdrawals to €500/day (if you get €3,000, should you cash out in 6 days?) is absurd and abusive in my opinion. For all these reasons I decided to play an amount not exceeding €80, I got tired of playing and when I had been playing for a while (once the amount deposited had been exceeded) I decided to stop and requested to withdraw an amount not exceeding €40. They told me that they will process my application IN 3 BUSINESS DAYS!! 😳 In short, in general terms it is one of the worst online casinos I have ever played in and, for the record, I usually participate in many and I only do it by playing slots with real money and not being interested in bonuses or anything like that. Today I quit. It's a shame because at the level of operation of the slots it is one of the best in which I have played. Do not play at this casino, their bonuses are a scam, I got a 5 euro bonus while they ate 50 euro of mine within 5 minutes, I activated the 5 euro bonus, and I won 1200, I had to withdraw 400 euro to make withdrawal, when I made the turnover, they took all my money and left me 25 euros in it, as they only give x5 of the bonus!!!

Again some reason Casino Guru give rate Good reputation place like this.
I regret i ever deposit this casino.

Chat support is worst i ever see, i contact them 2 times and first time they speak Italian for me, next time Estonia. Even i say stop talk this way, use my iwn language Finnish or English they continue. And after every answer they dissappear for few minutes. Waiting answer is torture here.

Honestly I wouldn't give any stars at all because the support is a disaster. I'm missing credit from my deposits of 180 euros and this is now being denied so that they don't credit my money and with the deposits there are always problems, which is why they say they haven't deposited so and so much. Then there is this queue of more than 50 customers, who knows how many customers are lied to and cheated on.

Wish I can give $0! Stay away from this website. I won over $100 and all of a sudden there is a "disconnection" error and my winnings didn't register. I live in the city with high speed internet. There should be no reason for internet disconnection. I complained to customer service and they did not help at all. STAY AWAY! I just made a $150 mistake. The worst casino ever!!!!Scam!!! Stay away!!

I registered on this site and checked available deposit and withdrawal methods first. Visa was available for both. Thats why i decided to play. I cant use wallets etc for gambling in my country. Now I wanted to request visa withdrawal and i got error message.

After explaining chat operator he assured me that they have ongoing issue with visa and they will be able to process my request via bank transfer via email

KYC email replied that they dont process email requests.

As you can see this site clearly doesnt deserve the rating 7. Please change it accordingly.

up to now there had been no problems. I had a 5 euro bonus that I added to a balance of 12, for a total of 17. After a while I accumulated winnings up to 230 euro when suddenly the balance was reduced by 200. I asked for the unduly taken back to be returned and I was told that since the bonus paid x5 they had credited me with 25.
so what's the "bonus" for? they give me 25 to take away 200 ??? I'm really thrilled by some stuff.
I also contacted the so-called "VIP ASSISTANCE" but they didn't even deign to answer.

The support is always available and in German :) playing in the casino is fun and the slots work as they should....

Actually I would have given 5 stars but unfortunately I have to deduct 2 because the payout processing time is a disaster.... I had to wait 7 working days for the 1 payout until it was processed....
