My winnings were never cashed out. They were returned to my game every five days after I was discharged from my company. The "Finance Department" that deals with the last phase was sometimes the answer. The entire customer service in the chat was slippery as soap. I did recycle and there was no bonus and my account was approved. It was just a scam when they didn't pay. And they have never justified the issue. When you wait in line for half an hour at the customer service, they reply that "I'll get an answer soon", after which I could suddenly change my turn in the customer service.
