This casino is one of the worst online gaming sites out there, and I've played at many casinos, but I don't think there's one worse than this. It turns out the games keep crashing, especially the roulette tables, but I was lucky enough to win some money on another roulette table, and now it won't open anymore. I've tried everything they suggest, but the roulette table has never been able to open. The casino's software isn't working properly, which makes me think it's copied from a legitimate casino. But that's not the worst part. The bad thing is that they advertise giving you lots of bonuses and gifts when I haven't received any, and let me explain: After losing €900 in a single day in April, I received absolutely nothing, but today, Monday, June 15th, I lost €1500. And listen up, anyone reading this complaint, because they gave me a €5 gift, and on top of that, I have to bet that €5 no less than 40 times. Atebtos: 5 euros gift for losing 1500 € and you have to bet 5 x40------2000 € to be able to withdraw. It's clear that this casino is a total scam and the way they treat players is depressing. I advise you not to play at this casino because you're going to have a very bad time. It's impossible to talk in the chat because it won't open either, so not only does the roulette wheel not open, but neither does the chat. However, they do reply to emails to tell you they're giving me a measly 5 euros after I lost 1500 euros in a single gaming session. I REPEAT: don't play because you're not going to win anything here. And another thing: they pay out after 3 or 4 days, and if you're playing and they see you're running low on cash, a message pops up asking you to cancel any pending withdrawals so they don't have to pay anything. Also, if yoh have a pending withdrawal, you cannot use your bonus money, and they tend to try to get you to cancel your withdrawal by always prompting it when your balance gets below 10 dollars.

I would like to submit a complaint regarding an issue I experienced while playing on Glorion Casino (glorion2.com).
Game: Plinko1000 Provider: InOut Time: approximately 23:30 Initial balance: approximately €1600–€1700 Intended bet amount: €5 Observed bet amount: €184 Bet IDs: 374696584317, 374696591233, 374696599897, 374696607789, 374696617201
During gameplay, I noticed that my bet amount changed from €5 to €184 without any intentional action on my part. I did not manually modify the bet amount at any point before this change occurred.
As a result of this change, my balance was significantly reduced.
I have contacted the casino support team regarding this issue. The response indicated that the rounds were settled correctly and that the case would be forwarded to another department. However, I have not yet received a detailed explanation regarding how the bet amount was changed or whether this was triggered by user input or a system-related issue.
At this stage, I am requesting the following:
1. Full session logs, including bet modification history and user input logs 2. Clarification on how and when the bet amount was changed from €5 to €184 3. Confirmation of whether this change was caused by user action or a technical/system issue 4. Review of the affected transactions and consideration of reimbursement if an error is confirmed
