I tried to withdraw my balance (approx 228€, don’t remember the correct amount anymore), myEmire canceled it and then closed my account down.
When I went to the live chat to ask whats up with that, the customer support answered that "adminstrator has closed your account" whatever that means 🤣. I tried to get a reason, but the customer support just suggested that I’d e-mail the support via email.
When I did, we went back and forth. I asked for a reason, they said, that "adminstrator closed your account…". I demanded my money, but didn’t get a positive response nor any response at all for 7 emails back and forth.
Shit casino, scams your money and has shit customer support. I don’t recommend at all. Don’t play here, please.

After 10 months, I thought I would give this casino another chance. In fact, I won €1400. However, nothing has happened since June 7th. The payout has been stuck on "pending" for days. Das Casino ist ganz nett aufgebaut, leider habe ich bei dem Casino bereits Geld gewonnen und zwar 1000 Euro, diese konnte ich nicht auf einmal auszahlen lassen, sondern nur 500€. Die warten jetzt seit dem 10.01.25 bis dato. Leider kann der Live Chat sowie die Email zu dem Support keine Auskunft geben und verweist immer auf die zuständige Finanzabteilung die man aber leider nicht erreichen kann. Es ist sehr frustrierend so hingehalten zu werden. Ich finde es traurig das so mit Kunden umgegangen wird die viel Geld dort einzahlen.
