I have never experienced verifications multiple times during active withdrawals.
Spinaro asks for basic + additional documentation prior to your withdrawal. After completing the verifications there are maximum withdrawl limits of 600€. I passed the verification and started to request my withdrawls. I received the first withdrawl but my second and third withdrawals got canceled and now I am asked to verify my account again. LOL then they blame it on money laundering. This is ridicilous and they would not even started paying out my winnings if my account was not fully verified. If you want to save your self some problems when winning money do not deposit to this casino.

I made several deposits at the casino and in the end I ended up making a profit and earning good money, even after the verification was carried out and completed successfully, I contacted customer support and was told that the proof of address was invalid, I entered a new proof and it was approved, but I still couldn't withdraw my money. Update: After 72 hours/3 days, they canceled my withdrawal request via Skrill and advised me to request a new withdrawal, but this time by Bank Transfer, without justifying anything. I still don't receive my money.
