My experience with Casina was, without exaggeration, one of the worst ever of all the online casinos I've tried.
Let's start with support: the chat seems completely useless, it responds with clearly pre-written messages, and there's never any real interaction with a real representative. No matter what question you ask, you always get the same generic answers, as if no one is actually reading what you write.
Email support is even worse: I've sent multiple requests and never received a concrete response. Total silence, which gives the impression of being completely ignored once a problem arises.
The most serious issue, however, concerns withdrawals. In my experience, winnings are not returned to players correctly and promptly. Between delays, unclear requests, and a lack of communication, it seems almost impossible to get your money back.
In short, a less than transparent platform, inefficient support, and extremely disappointing payment management. Personally, I strongly advise against this casino to anyone looking to gamble online seriously.
