I deposited using a credit card and then wanted to withdraw €500. Then I was informed that I should choose a new payout method because credit cards cannot be paid out due to technical problems. Good, IBAN deposited - then the information that the amount will be split into €215 and €250, €215 to my bank account and €250 to my credit card - the processing fee was €35(!!!!!) from Quatrocasino, unbelievable - Although payment was sometimes possible on a credit card. Since the money came from somewhere, my bank charged me another €10 in expenses. So I paid 45€(!!!) fees.
