In-depth review

Before you sign up at Captain Cooks Casino UK, here is what our team of casino experts found. We used our casino review methodology to look at what it offers and how it measures up. A range of factors, including the casino's Terms and Conditions, licenses, player complaints, support, and limits, were all checked by our team. This helped our reviewers see how safe and fair this casino really is.

The casino's Safety Index, derived from these findings, provides a score reflecting online casino's safety and fairness. As the Safety Index rises, the probability of encountering problems while playing or making withdrawal lowers. Captain Cooks Casino UK achieved a High Safety Index of 8.9. This makes it a strong choice for players who value fairness and safety. Dig into Captain Cooks Casino UK with the rest of our review and see if this casino is right for you.

Safety Index of Captain Cooks Casino UK – Is it fair and safe?

We measure a casino's Safety Index by employing a multifaceted formula that takes into the account an abundance of information collected and evaluated in our complex review. These consist of the estimated size of the casino, its T&Cs, complaints from the players, blacklists, and many others.

In our Captain Cooks Casino UK review, we carefully went through and inspected the Terms and Conditions of Captain Cooks Casino UK. We noticed some rules or clauses, which were unfair, thus, we consider the T&Cs to be somewhat unfair. Unfair or predatory rules could potentially be leveraged to deny the players their rightful winnings. Thus, taking our findings into account, if you do decide to play at this casino, we urge you to proceed with caution .

According to our approximate calculation or collected information, Captain Cooks Casino UK is a very large online casino. In proportion to its size, it has received complaints with a very low total value of disputed winnings (or it doesn't have any complaints whatsoever). In our evaluation, we factor in both the casinos' size and player complaints, recognizing that larger casinos, having more players, often face a higher number of complaints.

We did not find Captain Cooks Casino UK on any relevant casino blacklists. In case a casino is featured on a blacklist, including our own Casino Guru blacklist, it's likely that the casino has committed wrongdoings towards its customers. Thus, we encourage players to bear this in mind when deciding on which online casino to play at.

On the whole, also considering other contributing factors in our assessment, Captain Cooks Casino UK has achieved a Safety Index of 8.9, which is classified as High. We consider this casino a recommendable option for players who are searching for an online casino that creates a fair environment for their customers.

Note: According to our records, Captain Cooks Casino UK is related to 43 other online casinos. Since we are aware of the connection between these casinos, we have considered the attributes of the linked casinos when calculating the Safety Index of Captain Cooks Casino UK. The relationship between these casinos has led to a higher Safety Index than it would have been otherwise for this casino.

Captain Cooks Casino UK T&Cs reviewed

As part of our review, we read each casino's Terms and Conditions and check how fair they are. In T&Cs of many of them, we uncover clauses and rules which we consider unfair or outright predatory, as they give the casino the possibility to justify not paying out winnings to players in certain situations.

We found some questionable rules or clauses during our review, because of which we consider the Terms and Conditions of Captain Cooks Casino UK to be somewhat unfair.

Note: Our particular discoveries from the T&Cs analysis are available here.

Player complaints about Captain Cooks Casino UK

Considering player complaints is integral to our casino review process as they offer a comprehensive view of the issues experienced by players and the casinos’ attitude in resolving these problems. Each casino's Safety Index is calculated after carefully considering all complaints received by our Complaint Resolution Center, as well as complaints gathered through other channels.

We currently have 1 complaints directly about this casino in our database, as well as 15 complaints about other casinos related to it. Because of these complaints, we've given this casino 3,938 black points in total, out of which 75 come from related casinos. You can find more information about all of the complaints and black points in the 'Safety Index explained' part of this review.

User feedback and assessment of Captain Cooks Casino UK

Casino Guru allows users to review and rate online casinos to share their experiences, views, and feedback. These allow us to calculate a general user feedback score that falls between Terrible and Excellent.

Captain Cooks Casino UK has a Mixed User feedback score based on the 11 user reviews in our database. The reviews are available on this page in the User reviews section.

Note: Remember that user reviews might not be the most accurate representation of the casino's quality. There have been cases of casinos writing fake reviews to improve their user feedback score. Alternatively, there have also been cases of dissatisfied players who left multiple negative reviews to damage the casino's reputation. We do our best to filter these out and calculate a representative user feedback score; however, just to be safe, we do not include user feedback in our Safety Index calculation.

Safety and fairness

Take a look at the explanation of factors that we consider when calculating the Safety Index rating of Captain Cooks Casino UK. The Safety Index is the main metric we use to describe the trustworthiness, fairness, and quality of all online casinos in our database.

Key metrics

Terms and conditions

Somewhat unfair

Issues found: 3

Show detailed analysis

We go over the terms and conditions of each casino and look for unfair rules that could potentially be used against players. Any clauses we consider to be unfair result in a lower Safety Index for the casino.

Casino size

Medium casinoVery big group

Bigger casinos are generally safer for players, because their high revenues allow them to pay out even very big wins without any issues and their quality has been proven by a large number of players. We take into account estimated revenues over the last 4 years and also consider revenues of related casinos.

Complaints ratio

Very good

Total complaints: 25

Browse complaints

Player complaints signify that the casino does not treat players right or deal with certain situations correctly. We consider the number and seriousness of complaints in relation to the casino’s size, as it can be expected that sites with more players will also have more complaints.

Blacklists

None

If a casino appears on relevant blacklists, it is usually a sign that it has some negative qualities. We consider each blacklist and decrease the casino’s Safety Index based on our view of the situation and its seriousness.

Other factors

Neutral

There can also be other characteristics and qualities of a casino that influence its Safety Index, such as win limits, low withdrawal limits, fake games or licenses, bad or no customer support, a network of land-based shops, etc.

Love playing this casino. It’s become my gold standard over the years that other casinos must live up to. Fun games, easy and swift payouts, clear rules & wagering requirements. Fantastic loyalty program and support.
What I really appreciate is the bonuses and promotions are offered responsibly and they do not pressure you to deposit over and over and large amounts.
Most of all I have fun at CCC.

Great and fun game selection spanning new, exclusive and classic
Easy KYC and fast payout (processed to your bank/WD option after 48 hours)
Fair wagering and excellent wins
Non-coercive bonuses and loyalty program
Easy to contact and friendly support

No referral program
No Crypto options for me
Non disclosed RTP

Deposited and played at Captain Cooks Casino (Casino Rewards group) – hit a big win. Requested withdrawal of $19,483.56 (includes my deposits) on Nov 26, 2025 under username CCCR0017863836. They demanded endless source-of-funds docs, which I provided fully on Dec 8 with bank statements, receipts, etc. Since then – total silence. No response to multiple follow-ups. Escalated to iGaming Ontario (#3477178). Feels like deliberate stalling to avoid payout. Avoid this site – deposits easy, withdrawals impossible. Terrible experience!

Simple question in chat about missing monthly loyalty points. Bot gave irrelevant answers, ignored me, then abruptly ended session. Next day: permanent group-wide ban, falsely labeled "Responsible Gambling" with no explanation and refused to clarify or provide proof. Zero warning, zero evidence, zero transcript. They stole my remaining balance, all earned VIP status, loyalty points, and giveaway tickets. Refused to justify or return anything. Predatory scum that robs players the moment you dare complain. Absolute trash operation. Avoid at all costs.

Predatory permanent group-wide ban
False "Responsible Gambling" excuse
Refused to provide chat transcript
Stole account balance
Confiscated all loyalty points
Wiped VIP status without warning
Theft disguised as policy
Ignores complaints and lies
Robs players the second they ask questions
Entire Casino Rewards group is toxic

Captain Cooks Casino UK

Hi there
We have responsible gambling obligations, some of which were triggered recently during contact with our support staff.

The welfare of our players is of the utmost importance, therefore unfortunately these decisions are not reversible.

Further verification documents have been requested in the last 24 hours and player was told to allow 3 business days for a response. As there are public holidays here now, the response can be expected by mid-end of next week. Player agreed to supply these documents when agreeing to the T&Cs. Nothing that has been requested is out of the ordinary and these documents are required to satisfy our licensing and financial obligations.

I find the site itself quite nice and the games good but what really bothers me is the
Payout. There should be no minimum payout amount and if not 300 then maybe 100.
In my case I have often paid out 300 through the "processing fee"
100+ lost what I don't understand in this day and age no 35 fee. That's just cheeky

Payout on bank card is very cheeky with 3oo minimum payout

Altough I can appreciate the variety in gaming content and prompt A.I. assistance... I can't help but feel a bit peeved in your claims of fast payout. Infact I can't help but notice its your hook, one of your first points in mention of what classifies as a "premirer" gaming platform. If by a mandoatory 48 hour processing time period and inability to process cashout payments on weekends; you define as fast... I can only imagine how mistrepreted premier might be or some the other big words you use.

It is my opinion if an entity/enterprise/whatever can not process cash at any given time such as weekends then maybe the shouldnt be accepting payments such as deposits either!

They give you big bonuses, but you never know if you can use them. Half a year ago, my bonus was blocked and when I started asking about them, they blocked me from customer service! They say they protect themselves from marketing abuse :D So they give a bonus but you've taken advantage of them when you accept it. NEVER PLAY HERE!

i have won a lot from here!
olen voittanut täältä paljon!

Beware of this casino, you are knowingly ripped off and cheated. you get much less or no winnings with big bets. If you want to withdraw winnings, it often takes weeks, because you hope that you will cancel the withdrawal ... If you withdraw, you won’t win any more. I have now lost thousands there because you have no chance of really collecting money and then really making a profit, you are blocked if you find out about these dubious machinations and name them. I can really only warn against these rip-offs and scammers. There are plenty of other reputable casinos out there, but this one should be avoided at all costs. I am currently in contact with a lawyer and I will take action against this scam.
