A player from the United States had won $500 using a welcome bonus with 77 free spins. After fulfilling a $30,000 wagering requirement, the casino had only allowed a $180 max cash out. Despite confirming with support and completing account verification, the final withdrawal request had been denied due to a $10 chip that had been automatically applied after registration. The player had pointed out inconsistencies in the casino’s terms and conditions regarding new player bonuses. The complaint was rejected as the player did not respond to follow-up questions necessary for further investigation.

I used a welcome bonus, I won $500 dollars from the 77 free spins. I had to wager $30,000+ to cash out out winnings. After wagering they said max cash out was $180. Although their terms stated 5x initial free spins amount. It was 77 free spins at $2 a spin. So I was expecting 144×5 which equals around $800. Even though it wasn't aligned with their initial terms the terms state unless other wise stated. So in this case they waited go after wagering to tell me. Now prior to requesting account verification or withdrawal I reached out to support to verify bonus was good and that all terms were met. They confirmed and congratulated me. Abd started account verification for me. After waiting 5 days I was verified. Successful and ready to make my withdraw. Having not seen the initial email confirmation of account verification I again reached out to support to make sure docs were good and bonus was good and withdrawal was possible. For the second time everything was confirmed and even my account had already been successfully verified prior to that chat support session. They confirmed I had successfully met all terms and to proceed to cashier and request my payout along with a congratulations. So I proceeded and requested Bitcoin withdraw. The initial emails automatically sent out made it seem everything was all good except it wasn't. After all that the denied it because I had used a 10 chip automatically applied after registration. I couldn't believe it. For for one their system won't allow you to claim any codes that you're not allowed to claim. As far as multiple free bonuses go or chips their system doesn't allow it. It allows only for the first two for new players to be applied prior to denying them they're on after because this was what is stated in their terms as being considered a new player. They don't go by their own terms and conditions they escaped go out to one area that says quote unquote customers are not allowed multiple free bonuses in a row. Where everywhere else it reads that new account holders and new players are allowed only one withdrawal from a no deposit bonus prior to depositing. Every single thing that talks about a new player or new account and a bonus words in any way that makes it allowed for new players to claim multiple free bonuses prior to depositing to be able to make it withdrawal from just only they can't be activated at the same time. Support knows this they didn't care I pointed all this out spent 2 hours with live chat and they said for me that this was their final decision and that they were not changing their minds. every single thing in their terms and conditions States and words in a way that this is possible and a withdrawal should have been able to be made except for one line that they put hidden away after all their other terms that say that it is possible. To me I had not made a purchase yet so I'm not considered a customer. Also considering that the terms specifically state that when referring to new players or new accounts in the terms they're set out that they are defined in those terms as new players are new accounts and that and only those cases should anything be applied or considered for those accounts and players be set on those specific lines and circumstances and in no other way or shape or new players and new accounts to be considered under the same conditions listed under the terms for any other instant or stated player circumstance there in the terms.

Dear Davidjann,

Thank you very much for submitting this complaint. I'm sorry to hear about your problem. I have checked the Terms and Conditions of Ripper Casino and this is what I found:

PROMOTIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
21.Customers cannot claim multiple free bonuses/free spins offers consecutively. When a customer uses two or more free bonuses without making a real money deposit in between, management reserves the right to void any bonuses or winnings.

Do I understand correctly that you used two free bonuses without depositing in between?

Did you win anything from the first free bonus?

Can you please confirm that you have not made any deposits into this casino at all?

I hope we will be able to help you resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.

Best regards

Veronika
