Wanted to close my account. Asked in live support three times, each time met with a question of wether I would reconsider. Sent them a very crass email telling them very clearly that I wanted my account closed, to which I got an AI composed reply... again asking me to reconsider, citing their generous bonuses as a reason to stay. Finally I just sent them another email claiming I have a gambling problem just to get them to listen. They then confirmed account closure.
Today they sent me a text with bonus offers.
My last review was rejected because my main point of contention was their ridiculous bonus terms, even though I clearly went into details on other issues.
Make no mistake, their bonus terms are beyond awful, but their support is worse.

Unfortunately a very bad experience playing at this casino. I had a couple of deposits but every time I would lose with almost no winnings. Worst casino, I made 1500 euros and they closed my account after trying to withdraw. They then reopen my account and sent me an email showing me some abusive terms, because I had a bonus they only allowed me to withdraw 380 euros. After 6 days of withdraw status "Completed". the money were sent back to the Rollino account due to "technical" issues.
Bad withdrawal process - I am waiting since Wednesday to get my withdrawal without success so far. Bad communication - Two e-mails and several trials with the chat took place to get in contact with them without any reply from their side.
I would say that these are the key features for an online casino - withdrawals and communication and with my experience they were totally missing on this casino.

After playing a while in this casino I am completely changing my review. Because of their 10x deposit wager requirements it is impossible to actually win anything. In the end you will lose, because before you wager everything they wont allow you to withdraw your funds. Also coin collecting for bomus funds takes forever and it is practically worthless. Bonuses all have max win, so if you have 50€ of bonus funds max withdrawal is 500€, which is a complete nonsense. Many slots are lagging and some wont even load. First it was OK to play here but after awhile I 100% do not recommend you to play here. Also KYC takes forever and so does withdrawals. Many better casino are out there. Run away from this one.

Found this site in a offerwall. I made a deposit of 30 euros and had a fantastic bonus of 200% and 100fs. Great right? And the best part is I won 1100euros on slotmachine. Was happy as you could be. But then!!!! After the bonus was played trough they capt my winnings to 100euro. All money gone. Then I played it to 180 euro and tried to withdraw. Then they startet to ask for wallet proof. When I did, they took 80 euros and said I only have 100euros. Problem is this was 40x wagering and when you do you win almost nothing. Horrible casino!!!!
