Wanted to close my account. Asked in live support three times, each time met with a question of wether I would reconsider. Sent them a very crass email telling them very clearly that I wanted my account closed, to which I got an AI composed reply... again asking me to reconsider, citing their generous bonuses as a reason to stay. Finally I just sent them another email claiming I have a gambling problem just to get them to listen. They then confirmed account closure.
Today they sent me a text with bonus offers.
My last review was rejected because my main point of contention was their ridiculous bonus terms, even though I clearly went into details on other issues.
Make no mistake, their bonus terms are beyond awful, but their support is worse.
Deposited, played without bonuses, won €500...the money has been processing for days...nothing's happening! I've sent several emails...and I haven't even gotten a response. After playing a while in this casino I am completely changing my review. Because of their 10x deposit wager requirements it is impossible to actually win anything. In the end you will lose, because before you wager everything they wont allow you to withdraw your funds. Also coin collecting for bomus funds takes forever and it is practically worthless.
