The player is dissatisfied with the casino’s RTP (Return to Player). The player also requested for a self exclusion after losing all his balance. The complaint was closed as there was no reason for a refund as the player had zero balance at the time of the account closure.

They are not fair at all. Lost all my money way to fast. They don't let you win anything. I played the Chicken game and even you play on 1 bone, you will lose the first choose. They only allow you to lose, not to win.

Hi. I self excluded from them for 5 years. They only take my money. You can't win on this casino. I've lost 10.000€ and nothing win. I played on the chicken game. Even with one bone, ive lost few times in the row from first try. I will be fine with 50% refund if not possible 100%. Thanks

No. Before I ask to self exclude. But form 10.000€ they only tuck my money. Nothing give back.

Dear Mihai,

If your account got self excluded and you did not deposit anything after, there isn't any reason for the casino to refund anything. If you lost the money fairly, you would have probably lost it in any other casino.

Still they are theifs. I've lost 10.000€ and the casino did not paid anything. This is not normal
