Glitchy games and kept getting kicked out while playing. Hundreds of spins with no bonuses to be seen. I decided to call it a day and close my account, which has to be done via chat. Joan was not a friendly person and it took ten minutes to get to the point for her to tell me to send Identification and explain why I want to close my account via email. I'm glad I got out when I did. I can't imagine what verification would have been like.
