Hi i won 52 euro from no deposit bonus after completing wagering of 40x . So i have made one deposit with doge coin as there website page it says min dogecoin deposit starts with 1 doge. So i have made my first deposit of 1.9 dogecoin exclude fees and . Then i wagered my deposit money x3 times as they told me to wager deposit money . And asked me to request withdrawal . So after chat support guidance i requested the withdrawal with the same payment method of crypto dogecoin.

But there internal payment team rejected my withdrawal and asked me to deposit again of 20 euro.

It feels like they are scamming me. Why would i deposit again when earlier deposit i have wager and made profit.

Kindly help me with my withdrawal.

And i have done my kyc long time ago.

I won and their manager insisting me to deposit again .

I chat with their live chat . I ask them in their deposit page of website in crypto dogecoin min 1 showing . They told me deposit and wager 3x . Which i exactly did and i made profit out of it then why would i again deposit when my already deposit money is there in balance
