I've collected Wind tokens that can be exchanged for cash. I play constantly, make deposits, and am active. Today I received a message from the VIP manager that my tokens are blocked and will only be unblocked if I deposit and play more, even though I'm very active. These are scammers. They cheat players at every turn, blocking both winnings and accumulated resources. I'm asking for my account to be deleted, but I'm constantly begging and encouraging them to keep playing. They should be taken to court. I don't know why such a casino exists and no one controls them.
I made two deposits on this site. The first took 12 Hours to be charged on my Windetta account (money was charged instant from my bank).
The second one is still pending after 80 hours!!! I sent them 10 Mails, wrote to live chat 2 times and im still waiting. I sent them proof of my bank and they always answer with automatic answers.

After playing and losing some money i decided to stop gambling and close the account on windetta. I found out there are no options on their site for closing the acc or taking a break, but clicking on the "Responsible Gaming" button I saw there is a information that when you want to close your account and have gambling problems you just need to write down a email to their support team and that ´ s it.
