Wasn't planning on doing more reviews but i've read so many negative reviews about this casino that i had to clarify a few things.

I deposited 50€ for the first time today, got the 100% welcome bonus and i actually got lucky, managed to wager it and cashed out 700€.

They do request some documents for verification but it was really quick to verify. Took literally less than 1h.

Ran into a few issues on my withrawal because it kept getting cancelled but thankfully they would always email me what was missing.

Once everything was done with my verification documents, my withdrawal was accepted within minutes and i received my money within 10 minutes (bank transfer).

Honestly one of the best casinos i've played at when it comes to payments.

Only negative is that the casino lacks a responsible gambling feature.

I won some money here and then it was time to verify.
What a complete joke of a lying casino.
Anyway I verified my account sent what they ask for and get confirmation Im verified.
I make a withdraw and get a email to confirm my withdraw address, button didnt work just sent me to a blank page so I had to contact support. Anyway I managed to confirm my withdraw address but my withdraw cancelled anyway. Support tells me that if I make a withdraw to my bank account it will work but same here cancelled my withdraw. Next time I talk to support they tell me that I have to open a brand new crypto account lol why would that make any difference?? Anyway I made a new crypto account and made a withdraw and what a surprise they cancel again, they tell me to do a smaller amount nzd300 they cancel again! They tell me make a nzd100 withdraw(what a joke of a casino its not even $60) to my suprise they sent me the nzd100, but after that they cancel 3 straight withdraws of nzd100.
Stay away from this casino, they do anything to not pay you and the support agent lying to you all the time saying it will work after this and it will be fine now, and if you say anything to them they just tells you "trust me and listen to my advice" I did that 10 times when you lied straight in my face so why would I trust you now.
Disgusting casino I really hope no one ever plays here again!!

Be aware!
The casino pays small amounts (~100€) relatively fast (within a few hours).
But when someone makes a bigger deposit and profits even more, they take days and find excuses to delay the withdrawal. In my case, it's almost 10 days since I requested a withdrawal via BTC, and it still hasn't been sent.
Also; The Daily Limit is 5k, weekly 10k and monthly 30k.
So in every other casino, you can request the withdrawal of 5k, wait 24hours and request a 5k withdrawal again. But not on 1red.
Here, you request a withdrawal, wait for days (if) until they send it to you eventually and THEN YOU WAIT FOR 24 hour before youre allowed to request another withdrawal.
And well, afterward you wait again for days…

So all in all, im not satisfied and will highly likely change to another casino with good withdrawals.

Beware this casino is a scam do NOT deposit

1) You hardly get any bonus rounds or win a thing
2) I saved my password and it turns out I wa logging into three different web addresses to play at the one casino
3) the route deposits through dodgy third party companies that charge you an excess to play
4) They say the deposit has been declined but even if you send bank statements to prove it was taken they refused to refund and close your account

I asked for their complaints procedure I was told thet don't have one - red flag

The customer service agents are rude and very difficult to communicate with

The casino contacted me and ask me for my bank statements for the 10th time ( not exaggerating) They are still refusing to refund because they said they amount shown on my bank statements differs from the supposed failed deposit. But what they wont acknowledge is that because this dodgy casino routes deposits through third party companies that charge you extra to deposit , another reason for you not to play.
They have sent me mutiple emails today even after I asked them to stop , their now harassing and bullying me. I have no opened a case with resolver and contacted the gambling commission to get them banned in the UK

I found a nice game and ended up winning R21000,00 but cannot get my winnings out it is always an excuse. First I must use my credit card account for EFT, then my cheque account, then EFT has a technical issue and I must use electronic wallets, then I can’t use Bitcoin as I never used it to make the deposit. Right now is 4 days from my withdrawal , but in rules in casino is only maximum 48 hours withdrawal time , and support only tell me and justify themselves and say the same thing that they cannot influence the payout. And this is my second withdrawal and also my KYC is good and vertified .

Same as the other reviews so will keep this short.
They do not verify and will make you resend one document after the other and then won't accept it for some reason. They use all tactics to keep you from withdrawing so you keep playing and eventually lose everything.
No problem to deposit with NO CHWCKS but try and withdraw, won't happen.

Mediocre site with the usual games.

Even higher withdraw minimum.

1 star for more reasons than I can count. For instance, went to claim Cashback and had to ask like chat as per usual because they wont fix the problem with it auto handing it out.
Sure enough they say they’ve forwarded this to the right department and wait for an email. He said he thinks it will take around 9 hours.
I wait. Ask again, except this time, they no longer wish to honour the Cashback because it’s now a different day. Their customer service is non existent.

Background: put through around 15k over a year.
No successful withdraw over 10k. There’s always some new unforeseen issue delaying it by weeks at minimum. making you play it down because you can’t deposit with a withdraw qued up.

In general it is a good casino to play at. Although my verification process was chaotic i have to admit. My withdrawals were rejected several times because support kept telling me always something different. Probably due because of lack of communication between them.

They have a lot of games and first deposit bonus is good, the wager is low and easy to wager. At least to me it was and i had fun playing for hours.

Once verification was done, withdrawal through bank was approved within couple hours and money was in my account the next day.

Don't trust these reviews lol people who think legit casinos can just go around and manipulate actual Pragmatic or Playngo slots know nothing about gambling and are just salty about their losses. Gambling and more specifically slots are super volatile, most of the time you're gonna lose, and a few times you're gonna win. Just because you're on a losing streak doesn't mean the casino manipulated the games lol.

Deposited around 40 euros for the welcome bonus, finished the wager at 120 euros (not much but I'll take it, I can just deposit at another casino for another 100% and start with double money again lol), verification + cashout (skrill) took somewhere between 1-2 days together so pretty quick.

They have most of the big providers, only problem is that some games are missing from the site (for example for pragmatic it's somewhere like 20% of the games missing, ELK, Hacksaw also don't have some new-ish games) other than that, everything was okay
