I got 100 % bonus for my first deposit 200USD

So I started at USD 400

I win 300 USD at live baccarat

but I found I got this win as mine, Need to wager 10,000 (it's 25 times initial buyin + bonus)

So I played slot 1 usd to 3usd per bet and got big win at slot few times

and make over 3,000 USD

And finally I wagered over 10,000 USD and my balance was 2,997 USD

I request 2,900 USD withdraw

It takes 20 hours to get answer from the site.

"We found out that you have exceeded the maximum bet while playing with the bonus.

Sorry, but due to that we had to correct your balance to the deposit amount. We kindly ask you to observe our Bonus Terms & Conditions and be more attentive next time.

Sorry for any inconvenience caused and hope for understanding."

And I found

I can't remember exact play history, also they only provide last 50 game history at site.

but, I check history at Evolution live baccarat

I bet around hundred times bet on baccarat total USD 583 (4/29) 3,386 ( 4/30) and won usd 292

(4/29) and lost -57 (4/30) so I won about 250

At slot playing started at 0.4 bet USD to 3 USD bet

also I played 4 slot machines simultanously for Wagering requirements is too High.

I won at slot 2200 times bet on Razor shark it's 0.4 bet and got 881, and at Beast mode slot won 1384 times 1 usd bet

and many over 500 usd win at slot

at last my balance was almost 3,500

After wagering done balance was 2,997

simple calcuration Initial buy in 200, 100% bonus 200,

I won 250 on baccrat , I won 2,447 at slot play.

I tried to withdraw 2,900 USD and they rejected.

And my balance is 200.60 ( I dunno why 0.6 + )

I forgot my winning cause they have simple policy

I guess if anyone win at The site they will find a clue they can refuse specially bonus circustances.

If they really care about their players, at first bet over 5 USD they should warn

"You can loose any winning and bonus if you win"

but they just waiting players loosing or if win they can reject

I happily withdraw 200 my initial funding after chat claim.

But I will not play again there.
