In-depth review

This review of BlueChip Casino covers the full picture. We used our casino review process to weigh up what it does well against where it falls short. The casino's Terms and Conditions, licenses, player complaints, support, and limits were all reviewed by our team. Based on these factors, they worked out where this casino stands from safe and legit to a scam.

Our calculation of the casino's Safety Index, formed from the examined factors, portrays the safety and fairness of online casinos. A higher Safety Index decreases the probability of experiencing issues when playing or making a withdrawal. BlueChip Casino scored an Above average Safety Index of 7.4. This puts it in good shape for fairness and safety, though some casinos rank higher. Find out if BlueChip Casino is the right casino for you by reading the rest of our review.

Is BlueChip Casino fair and safe? Safety Index explained

To calculate a casino's Safety Index, we use a complex formula that takes into account a plethora of information we have collected and evaluated in our review. That entails the casino's Terms and Conditions, complaints from players, estimated revenues, blacklists, and many others.

In our BlueChip Casino review, we extensively examined and analyzed the Terms and Conditions of BlueChip Casino. We discovered some rules or clauses that were not to our liking, but on the whole, we find the T&Cs to be mostly fair. A rule that is unfair or predatory can possibly be used against players to excuse not paying out winnings to them. However, we found only minor issues in this casino when searching for unfair or predatory rules.

Considering our estimates and the factual data we have collected, BlueChip Casino appears to be an average-sized online casino. In relation to its size, it has an average value of withheld winnings in complaints from players. We consider the casino's size and player complaints in relation to each other, as bigger casinos tend to receive more complaints due to their higher number of players.

As far as we are aware, no relevant casino blacklists mention BlueChip Casino. The inclusion of a casino in blacklists, such as our Casino Guru blacklist, could suggest misconduct against customers. It's advisable for players to factor this in when making their casino choices.

Taking into account all factors in our review, BlueChip Casino has scored a Safety Index of 7.4, representing an Above average value. This casino is an acceptable option for some players, however, there are finer casinos for those in search of an online casino that is committed to fairness.

Terms and Conditions of BlueChip Casino

Every time we review an online casino, we go through the Terms and Conditions of each casino in detail and examine how fair they are. In the Terms and Conditions of numerous casinos, we find rules that we regard as unfair or openly exploitative, since these rules are oftentimes the reasons casinos use in order to avoid paying out player winnings.

We found some questionable rules or clauses during our review, however, we consider the Terms and Conditions of BlueChip Casino to be mostly fair.

Note: Read through and explore our specific findings from the T&Cs check here.

BlueChip Casino player complaints

Player complaints are a crucial component of our casino review process since they provide us with a clear understanding of difficulties faced by players and the way that casinos deal with them. We examine all complaints submitted through our Complaint Resolution Center, and also those we collect from other sources when calculating each casino's Safety Index.

We currently have 5 complaints about this casino in our database. Because of these complaints, we've given this casino 592 black points in total. You can find more information about all of the complaints and black points in the 'Safety Index explained' part of this review.

BlueChip Casino user feedback and reviews evaluated

Casino Guru, provides a platform for users to rate online casinos and express their opinions, feedback, and user experience. Relying on the collected data, we compute an overall user satisfaction score that varies from Terrible to Excellent.

Judging by the 37 user reviews given to BlueChip Casino, it has a Mixed User feedback score. The reviews submitted by users are available in the 'User reviews' segment of this page.

Note: User reviews may not accurately reflect the casino's quality since some casinos may try to generate fake reviews to boost their user feedback rating, and dissatisfied players may also submit negative reviews to harm the casino's reputation. Although we make every effort to filter them out and calculate an impartial user feedback score, we do not include user reviews in our Safety Index calculation just to be sure.

Licenses and company data

BlueChip Casino is owned by MRB Solutions LTD and has estimated revenues exceeding $1,000,000 per year. This establishes it as a small to medium-sized online casino within the bounds of our categorization.

BlueChip Casino has been granted a gambling license in Comoros issued by Anjouan Gaming.

Payment methods, win and withdrawal limits

BlueChip Casino supports 11 payment options. This includes: Bitcoin (BTC), Solana (SOL), Tron (TRX), Ethereum (ETH), Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, Tether (USDT), IMPS, NetBanking, USD Coin (USDC).

Many online casinos have clear limits on how much players can win or withdraw. In many situations, these are high enough to not affect most players, but some casinos impose win or withdrawal limitations that can be fairly restrictive. Hence, we look at such limitations every time we review a casino. All information about the casino's win and withdrawal limit is displayed in the table.

Note: It is possible that not all payment methods listed above can be used for both deposits and withdrawals. Additionally, certain methods may only be available in some countries.

Safety and fairness

Take a look at the explanation of factors that we consider when calculating the Safety Index rating of BlueChip Casino. The Safety Index is the main metric we use to describe the trustworthiness, fairness, and quality of all online casinos in our database.

Key metrics

Terms and conditions

Mostly fair

Issues found: 1

Show detailed analysis

We go over the terms and conditions of each casino and look for unfair rules that could potentially be used against players. Any clauses we consider to be unfair result in a lower Safety Index for the casino.

Casino size

Medium casino

Bigger casinos are generally safer for players, because their high revenues allow them to pay out even very big wins without any issues and their quality has been proven by a large number of players. We take into account estimated revenues over the last 4 years.

Complaints ratio

Browse complaints

Player complaints signify that the casino does not treat players right or deal with certain situations correctly. We consider the number and seriousness of complaints in relation to the casino’s size, as it can be expected that sites with more players will also have more complaints. Besides direct complaints, we also considered 3 complaints from other sources.

Blacklists

None

If a casino appears on relevant blacklists, it is usually a sign that it has some negative qualities. We consider each blacklist and decrease the casino’s Safety Index based on our view of the situation and its seriousness.

Other factors

Neutral

There can also be other characteristics and qualities of a casino that influence its Safety Index, such as win limits, low withdrawal limits, fake games or licenses, bad or no customer support, a network of land-based shops, etc.

In may of this year I created a Bluechip account, got up to 2.7k balance, tried to withdraw, but my account was blocked without even them asking for KYC.

I have no other option but to affirm this casino is a scam. Don't lose your time and money. There are legit casinos.

Blocks account
Doesn't let you withdraw

BlueChip Casino

Hi chuti0800,

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about your experience.

Please note that BlueChip Casino operates under strict security and anti-fraud protocols to ensure a safe and fair environment for all players.

After a thorough review, we can confirm that account was suspended due to activity that breached clause 10.1 of our Terms & Conditions, which outlines prohibited actions under our anti-fraud policy.

We understand how frustrating this can be, especially when a withdrawal is involved, but these measures are essential to maintaining a safe, fair, and compliant gaming environment for all players.

It's been around 3 years I am playing at bluechip and had very few issues at bluechip.. It's one of the best online casinos for players in India... Even for sports betting they have good sports book...

However on negative sides.. They take too long to process withdrawals.. Sometimes for 72 hours withdrawals are in pending state.

On one occasion I lost 10K in deposit.. On providing the screenshot of the transaction they said the recipient does not belong to PP which was absolutely wrong.. I kept telling them this is the right screenshot and they kept iterating the same thing.. I had no way to fight as they were not ready to listen or cooperate.. Now if such issues happens with you God bless you as hardly any casinos have any power over PP operating in India.. They take the words of PP as final words.

Though you may have reached their top VIP level their weekly and daily cashback programs are not regular.. Sometimes they just withdraw it for some players citing reasons such as "You are not eligible anymore" or "You winning exceeds your losses" and none of which are true..

So if you are looking for good customer support then this is the site to go for... If you are one looking for bonuses then don't even think of playing at bluechip...

Friendly support

Slower withdrawals

Bad experience from customer service. They blocked my account supposedly for fraudulent activity and without proof of this. They just blocked me and that's it. I lost 534 USD since they didn't solve anything for me

my account was suspended

BlueChip Casino

Dear edilsonramos,

We’re truly sorry to hear that your experience left you feeling frustrated — we understand how upsetting it can be to have your account restricted and to feel that you were not given enough clarity. Please allow us to provide more information.

As a licensed and regulated casino, we are required to follow strict security and anti-fraud procedures to protect both our players and the platform. During a routine security check, several serious violations of our Terms & Conditions were detected on your account.

Because of the nature of these findings, our team was obliged to suspend the account in accordance with Section 10.1 of our Terms & Conditions.

Please be assured that your case was carefully reviewed by our security team, and no action was taken without thorough investigation.

Bluechip and their support are demonstrably LYING, as they charge an unbelievable 4% fee on deposits, but when you ask support about it, they blatantly deny this fact!
In addition, Bluechip, like all other foreign casinos, does not have a gambling license for Austria and is therefore not allowed to operate there or make its offerings available by law --> Bluechip does so anyway and is therefore operating illegally!

Based on these machinations, one can easily draw conclusions about their general seriousness!

Conclusion: STAY AWAY from the blue-chip casino!!!

Deposit fees of more than 4%, but the casino brazenly denies it!
Einzahlungsgebühren von mehr als 4%, aber Casino streitet es dreist ab!
Missing gambling license for Austria --> Casino is therefore operating illegally!
Fehlende Glücksspiellizenz für Österreich --> Casino operiert demnach illegal!

This is absolutely the worst casino I've ever played at in 8 years and Its definitely fixed as it's hard to win here I know from experience as I won tons ever week at my other casino

Somewhat fast withdrawal
That's the only positive

Horrible customer service
Horrible English
Crappie bonuses
Account manager doesn't do her job

I like their freebets without rollover (which I'm rarely seeing from Curacao casinos) and sports section, but it was a pain to withdraw because of the verification process. It was stated in the terms that they would ask for ID, Proof of address, but I had to submit POA 3 times until they finally accepted it. After that easy withdraw. Always read the terms of the site you deposit to and always read the terms of the bonuses you take. They don't deal with deposit refunds if you can't complete the KYC. So only deposit if you have the right documents and patience.

Withdraw takes about 1 hour
Freebets with no rollover
Fast support
Transparent

Insanely slow verification process

BlueChip Casino

Hi BOOST250,

Thank you for your detailed and honest feedback.

We're glad to hear you appreciated our free bets and had a smooth withdrawal once verification was completed. We understand that the verification process can sometimes feel slow or repetitive, and we’re sorry for any inconvenience you experienced.

Please note that while verification may take time in some cases, it is a critical step to ensure the security of both your account and funds. We take this process seriously to comply with legal standards and protect our players. That said, our support team is always glad to guide you and help make the process as smooth as possible.

Thank you again for choosing BlueChip, and we’re glad to have you with us.

First of all, I want to appeal to the administration of the guru site, you need to immediately change the sign of this casino! Casino outright scam!

I'll tell you about my experience.
First, I went through registration, where I provided all my data. The country of residence is also indicated there. Then I started asking in the chat about how to get the welcome bonus. To which I was told that just follow the rules on how to get them.
The rules are simple - make a deposit, go to the tab where you want to play and use the bonus.
But I am an experienced user and was not too lazy to ask an additional question - please check what sports betting promos are currently available to me??? to which I received a firm answer - that the bonuses that you see on the promo page are available to you!
gorgeous. make a deposit...
Then my deposit was credited to my account with a very long delay. Okay, it happens. But it’s already alarming.
Next, I have fully fulfilled the conditions for the bonus and write to the chat, where is the bonus?
To which they answer that before making a deposit I needed to activate the "get it" button. Therefore, the bonus was not activated!
This is where my patience gave out! I asked you many many times how to get a bonus, and you answered me that follow the rules. By the way, the rules also say nothing about additional activation. BUT because I am an experienced user, before the deposit I also opened all possible tabs and I can 100% say that there were no "get it" buttons there!
Further in the chat, I insist that I fulfilled all the conditions, and there were no buttons there, and that they, of their own free will, should credit me with this bonus. Okay, they answer in chat and ask you to wait for a response to your request by email.
Interestingly, I closed the chat and opened it 2 minutes later. And he started asking how my request was going. And it turns out that the answer is already ready hahaha The answer is simple - THIS BONUS IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO RESIDENTS OF INDIA!!!
here I was already in shock... they don’t even try to come up with something serious. just like that!
There was simply no point in continuing the dialogue in the chat! This casino is 100% pure scam!
They have no restrictions in the rules, but after fulfilling the conditions they suddenly appear!
Now I have one active bet and if I win, I foresee a very long fight in the chat to get this money paid to me. We'll see what happens...
My bet lost, I can’t check how their casino pays.
It’s interesting that in the support chat I continued to insist on receiving the bonus. They told me that they had created a special request for my request and the team would answer you soon. 5 days have passed, they have not answered my basic question... I am sure that this is a continuation of the deception.

Before deposit - https://prnt.sc/FrIbHoMqwJ6n
After deposite - https://prnt.sc/aEYWTquTP2eV

The conditions for receiving a bonus differ from those specified in the rules. I am sure that this was done deliberately to deceive new players.

First things first, the first payout was on my checking account within a few hours, and that was on the weekend at night! Absolutely TOP, very good 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍

Now the not so positive:
Unfortunately, they often have ridiculous max stakes on bets of 1-2 euros.
I once had to fight or argue about the payout of a won live bet!! In the beginning the bet was not evaluated for hours, then suddenly for no reason I was only paid back the stake, but after threatening bad reviews and complaining to Casino Guru, I got paid the winnings too!

But finally, the most important thing for me is that I get my money paid out quickly and without begging, and that's why my impression at the moment is very positive!!!!

Super Fast Payouts!!
Super schnelle Auszahlungen!!

Maximum stakes on bets are often ridiculously low
Maximal Einsätze auf Wetten oft lächerlich Niedrig

BlueChip Casino

Hi ktm79,

Thank you for your detailed feedback!

We're thrilled to hear your first payout was processed quickly — even over the weekend — and that you've had a generally positive experience with us. Fast and hassle-free withdrawals are a top priority, and we're glad we delivered on that.

We do appreciate your honesty about the less positive aspects as well. Bet limits can sometimes vary depending on the event, market, and other factors, but we understand your frustration.

Regarding the live bet payout issue — we're sorry for the inconvenience you experienced and are glad it was resolved in your favor. Situations like that are not typical, and we’re continuously working to improve our processes to ensure clarity and fairness for all players.

Thank you again for your trust — and we hope to continue meeting your expectations going forward!

I had the worst time at this casino. First there was an issue with verification that was ultimately resolve after 10 days but I had to file a complain to get answers.

A few days after I deposited 80 attach with a casino bonus and a wager of 20×/40×.

The bonus was never added and on top of that my real cash money was showing 59$ and not 80$ even before I started playing.

Went to the chat to try to get an explanation and they told me that I had a sports bonus...wich was absolutely not the case because I had no active promotion showing anywhere.

I just played the 59$ and I'm done with them. That was one of the worst experience I've had and reading all the other review...I now understand. They literally stole money from me.

Absolutely disgusting behavior.

BlueChip Casino

Dear vincvinc1980,

Once again, sorry for any inconvenience caused, and thank you for bringing these matters to our attention. We remain committed to providing our customers with the best possible experience and hope to have the chance to regain your trust.

one of the worst site i have ever seen in my life guys please do deposit on your risk because you may face issue which i faced like late deposit, late withdrawal, site hanging, bonuses not crediting on time , you may contact customer support for bonus everytime you deposit even if you applied promocode while depositing, sometimes site will not show you wagering to loss your money , verification issue if you are fully verified and win big it will ask you for again and again documents and giving error till your account blocked , one of the cheapest thing when you win in live casino it may struck and when you submit a complaint for it, it will take eternity to take your wining crediting i am also waiting for my wining since 8 days don't believe this type of shit site

is nothing good in this site it's an trap

i cannot write too many negative because whole site and system is bad

BlueChip Casino

Dear Arbaz143,

We appreciate your feedback.

Firstly, we want to apologize for keeping you waiting with verification of your account and funds withdrawn. At BlueChip, we take safeness of our player's winnings seriously, and therefore, it is necessary to complete the verification process ahead of processing your payout transaction.

As for your game winnings issue, we would like to inform you that this problem was forwarded to the game provider for further processing, and it needs more time to be processed. Unfortunately, not all depends on us in this case.

Nevertheless, as we see, you decided to cancel your withdrawal, play the funds and close your account in our casino. While we respect your decision to leave our casino, we would like to emphasize that we continuously strive to enhance the gaming experience and provide top-notch customer service for our players. We will carefully review your feedback internally and make the necessary improvements to better serve our valued players.

Wishing you all the best in your future endeavors.

REALLY GREAT CASINO! MONTHS LATER MY GAMING ACCOUNT IS WITHOUT METHODS FOR DEPOSIT/WITHDRAWAL DESPITE I HAVE MADE A FIRST DEPOSIT THROUGH MIFINITY AT THE TIME WITHOUT FINDING ANY PROBLEMS!!! I'M AMAZED BY THE ALMOST 4 STARS GIVEN TO THIS CASINO!!
Updated 03/18/2023
Finally they verified the game account, I deposited through Mifinity having other choices available (Jeton and Mastercard). After a few days all the payment methods disappeared!! The justification is that I have to open an account in euros or dollars or wait!! But if I was able to register and deposit with the chosen currency, what should I wait for?
Sumsub application is not working properly. If you deposit via Mifinity, there should be the possibility of entering only this option in the pop-up dedicated to payment methods in order to verify the game account. Unfortunately, the system forces you to enter bitcoin + credit card as a method, methods that will never be used, while absurdly it is not possible to select the deposit method used or Mifinity!

Complicated gaming account verification
verifica del conto gioco complicata
if you open the gaming account with your preferred currency (possible choice) they will block your account
se apri il conto gioco con la valuta preferita (scelta possibile) ti bloccano il conto
deposit/withdrawal methods disappeared for months
spariti da mesi i metodi di deposito/prelievo

BlueChip Casino

Dear Nemokid,

Thank you for the feedback!

We understand how frustrating it can be to go through a challenging verification process, and we are sorry that we fell short of your expectations. We take our responsibility to protect our customers' information seriously, and as such, we have implemented various security measures to ensure the safety and privacy of our users.

In addition, you may take a photo/screenshot of any payment method you use for deposits to our site and upload it to the credit card option in the verification section. It will not affect on the verification process of your account.

We also want to inform you that there is such a technical feature on our site, that you may choose only that currency, which is related to the country you choose in your profile. Thus, if your active currency differed from the currency, used in the country you choose, there will be no payment methods visible for you to make a deposit.

We do apologize for any inconvenience caused by the situation, and we would like to offer our assistance in resolving the issue. Please feel free to reach out to us at customercare@bluechip.io and provide us with your player ID, so we can check your account and help you with any concerns you may have.

Hope for your cooperation.

A month ago I closed my account because it was impossible to complete verification, stuck at the payment method step, casino reported this was a bug (as seen in their response), recently reopened my account and tried out the verification once again and it was impossible to complete it. For some odd reason, the casino ask for a bank statement to verify a crypto deposit, anyone remotely reasonable can see this makes no sense, you can use crypto to make a deposit but you will not be able to complete verification, you will NOT be able to withdraw because KYC has not been completed because IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO COMPLETE IT, the casino is basically unplayable. Check their trustpilot reviews. If you are a crypto player, simply avoid this one and use a real crypto casino.

Support is cooperative, but limited in terms of action

Safer gambling tools not provided directly to the player; has to contact support
Impossible to complete verification

BlueChip Casino

Hi SunsetGaze!

Our team has checked all the information and found out that this is not a standard situation, so thanks for your feedback.
Indeed, the logic of your verification was violated in terms of crypto. This happened due to the influx of requests in the verification tool.
Your observation helped us a lot to fix this bug in time. We strive for perfection, so every remark matters.

We greatly appreciate your help. Furthermore, we would like to reward you for being our eyes. Please contact us via email customercare@bluechip.io to choose a bonus. 😉

Thank you for not being indifferent!

awesome no deposit bonus , but , there were no games available to play with bonus money, usually where I play 0% wagering on a game means you can play it but nothing comes of the wagering, and here there are no restricted games in T&C but thousands of games with 0% wagering . I like the casino but it could be better , and I noticed really alot of T&C about money laundering, come on , sounds more like your looking for any excuse to hold back payments, even customers credit checks , I didn't like that plan

Lots of providers
easy to navigate
heaps of slots

impossible to find a game to play with bonus money
there was only 4 providers in providers bar , maybe because I was playing a no deposit bonus?
very hard to find a game you want to play unless you search
T&C need to be read , there a some dodgy ones and then on other things there's nothing,
The bonus T&C were really hard to find

BlueChip Casino

Hi crispyftw,

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and provide such detailed feedback.

We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the no deposit bonus and appreciated our wide selection of games and easy-to-navigate platform. That said, we understand your concerns regarding the limited availability of games for bonus play and the clarity of our bonus terms.

We want you to know that we’ve taken your feedback seriously. Since then, we’ve made several improvements to our navigation, bonus T&Cs visibility, and provider filters — especially for players using bonuses. We’re also continuously reviewing and refining our terms to ensure they’re transparent, fair, and easy to understand.

As for the verification and anti-money laundering policies — we follow strict regulatory requirements to ensure a safe and compliant environment for all players. These measures are in place not to delay payments, but to protect our community and platform integrity.

We appreciate your input and hope you’ll notice the improvements!

big variety of slots & live table game...i would say good variety of sportsbetting lines too ,unfortunatly you cant trust them , if you are playing here , they will eventually take advantage of you..
their slot dont operate normally whitout some of their freespin they keep throwing at you....i was basically playing 1$ bet per spin with my balance and their 3$ freespin bonus.. won 330$ and they took 250$ out of it for themself ,because the max win is 80$ ( but what if you are betting 2$ or 5 per spin loll they are obviously all around shady

lots of games
fast whitdrawals..no idea if they send profits as fast but very unlikely

they dont have limits period , no lost limit on casino game, livecasino game sports betting ...no deposit limit , no lost limit
they do not answers on live chat if you havent lost anything that session...they do not reply to e-mails when the subject is not profitable for them
they ignore self exclusion request...or simply ask why you are asking for that and then ignore your answer

BlueChip Casino

Dear, thedonpitt. We are sorry you faced such troubles with our services. Our policies and all the platform work 100% adhere to the Curacao laws. And it's one of our primary principles to comply with the gaming commission's rules.

Unfortunately, many casino bonuses have a maximum winnings limitation, which is common practice in the market. We indicate this limitation in the bonus terms to make this nuance evident.
As we can see, the support team has already contacted you to resolve your request promptly.
Respectfully,
BlueChip team

A good place to play. I'm not into bonuses that much, but even without them I can find a way to take the best from the game. For example, in discount section I found interesting slots with quite good winnings.

fast registration
friendly support
many games
crypto payments available

pages load to slow
sometimes you can face payment issues (some payment methods can be currently unavailable)

BlueChip Casino

Hi HankWiliams888,

We do acknowledge your concerns about page loading speed and occasional payment method availability. Please note that internet speed and the use of certain tools or extensions can affect site performance. As for the payment methods, any temporary unavailability is due to ongoing upgrades aimed at improving reliability and overall service for all players. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Thanks again for playing with us — and we hope you continue to enjoy your time on our platform!
