I received an email from Casini stating that, due to my VIP status, I was granted a limited 5-day bonus option, where each day I could use a different bonus.
From the very beginning there were problems, because according to the instructions in the email, it was enough to write about this bonus on the live chat. Unfortunately, there I was redirected to a "VIP manager," and that was a completely different story. Not only did I have to wait, for example, 2 days for a given bonus because it was the weekend and no one could help me, but I also did not receive the bonus from the last day, i.e. PLN 200 with a 1x wagering requirement.
This was because the manager decided that it was a bonus ladder and that I had to maintain continuity in collecting the bonuses. There is no mention of this in the email, and there is no information that the bonuses must be used day by day in order. The bonus was not granted to me. scammers !

The casino advertises instant deposits/withdrawals via the Fun/PlayID provider. However, withdrawals were simply blocked for every payment method after I attempted to withdraw for the first time. The entire support system, like all Rabidi casinos, is filthy and dubious. At first, I was told it was the provider's fault, then I was told I had to verify myself (even though I was verified via the partner Play/Fun ID). When I inquired a few days later, I received a message via live chat that my account didn't need to be verified at all. In between, I received an email stating that the payment provider hadn't accepted the money, even though I couldn't even request a withdrawal (because it was blocked). Just standard, unhelpful replies sent out without a plan. Things run just as badly in this shitty casino as in all the casinos in the Rabidi group - deposits are always there immediately, of course, but when it comes to withdrawals, they make it difficult and try to make life difficult for the player with excuses, blocked withdrawals, and extremely long processing times. Don't play there! I immediately had my account blocked!

They don't want to pay your money. I played with them until they put a limit on me. I was able to make the first withdrawal, but then they made me wait over a month for the second.
