Hello, right now I have in my account 1934 dollars, everything I have earned with the 75 dollar bonus, I made an income of 35 dollars, to be able to withdraw 100, I did not accept any separate bonus, in total and made bets for more than 1500 dollars . My question is, when I withdraw my first 100 dollars, will the rest be taken from me?
Dear Francisco,
Thank you for contacting Casino Guru and letting us help you. I’m afraid you will have to be more specific, because I’m not sure if I understand what the problem is. Let me ask you a few questions. Which bonus exactly did you play with? Have you contacted the casino and asked if you finished wagering and can make a withdrawal? I recommend you ask the casino support first and then get back to us.
Best regards,
Peter
I have 2034 dollars right now in my account that I got with the $ 75 no deposit bonus, I made an income to be able to withdraw 100 dollars, now I have 1934 dollars in my account, could this money also be withdrawn? Or, being a profit with the free no deposit bonus, would they leave my account to zero?
I contacted them and they told me that in order to withdraw 100 dollars, I would have to deposit 35 dollars, and that I did, my earnings with the free bonus are deposit were more than 2000 dollars, I would like to know if I can withdraw all that money, or I could only withdraw the first 100 dollars
Hi Francisco,
Thank you for the reply. I looked at the casino's Bonus T&Cs and found the following condition:
"The maximum withdrawal amount for any free chip given is 2x the value of the free chip."
In your case, the value of the free chip was $75, so the maximum amount you should be able to withdraw is $150. The rest will be zeroed. Let me know if this information was helpful.
