What a disappointment. With how well-known this casino is, I expected solid service and modern processes, but instead I ran into outdated KYC requirements, restricted gameplay with bonus funds, and bonus offers limited by a low withdrawal cap. Since then, I have been waiting for the funds to arrive. On June 14, I contacted the casino to check the status of the payment and was told it would take a maximum of 5 banking days from the date of approval. Given that the approval occurred on June 12, the first banking day was June 13.
Despite this, I reached out on June 14 and every day thereafter, asking for updates. Each time, I was told to wait. Dann schrieb ich den live Chat an der forderte mich auf alles neu zu starten und den Browser zu löschen. Alles getan nix hat geholfen, Chat brach auch immer wieder ab. Insgesamt mit 3 Mitarbeitern geschrieben.
Die letzte Dame meinte dann sie leitet es weiter , es würde eine gewisse Zeit in Anspruch nehmen und ich werde eine Email erhalten.
Dann habe ich eine E-Mail erhalten ich sollte alles nochmal löschen. Getan nix passiert.
