I've been trying to get my $100 payout from them since October of last year. When I complained, I got we've sent it to our resolution team. I asked what was up after a few weeks and kept getting "be patient" and they were very rude. It wasn't until I threatened to talk to my lawyer that they became helpful and walked me through the process to successfully withdraw my money which is when I added the balance of $0.17 because why not get everything then delete the account because cashing out is like pulling teeth. Now it's been the maximum number of days for the deposit and its still no where to be seen. I'm on disability, that money could really help me. If there's any way to get in touch with any other complaints, I'd like to start a class action law suit against them. I cannot be the only one getting ripped off.

However, I’d like to emphasize that we received many complaints about delayed withdrawals from this specific gambling establishment. Regardless of many submitted cases, the casino decided to have a No Reaction Policy approach to all our attempts to negotiate any kind of issues.

I can only imagine how frustrating it must be waiting for your money and not having any feedback about when you’ll receive it and I also genuinely hope that your winnings will be sent to you eventually.

I just sent a screen shot of the most recent try. I can try to go back to the one I did last year but I'll have to sift through like a million emails but I'll do it if it will help. Im also prepared to contact a lawyer about a class action law suit since I sure there are enough of us out there to start one.

Unfortunately, I would like to inform you that since this casino has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy" we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved". This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.

Regrettably, it seems to be a common practice of Lucky Wins Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our previous failed attempts to negotiate.

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Lucky Wins Casino. I wish I could be of more help.
