I now have had some answers on how their VIP system works. It is kind of a trap as such. The system calculates your vip status buy net deposits vs withdrawals. Support have stated it is a 'win,lose situation' if you win big, your withdrawal will process according to your current vip level. Which the highest level is level 5. Max of 3 pending withdrawals totaling 9,600 NZD.
However, they have also stated, once your first withdrawals are complete, your vip level will automatically drop as the system will see your net as more withdrawals than deposits.
The withdrawal you have completed will also count towards your monthly limit under your new and lowered vip status. In essence and because of what I have stated above, a player will always be under the level 1 monthly limits no matter what. When I learned that, it was clear I would never receive my winnings, especially with the way i personally play.
I voided my balance and took the profit 5,400 and have now closed the account. As a player, i am always chasing the bigger wins however, to me, there is no point in playing if you are unable to access the big wins. On top of that, the support email barely responds. I would urge anyone to perhaps find another casino with better withdrawal limits. My second withdrawal was on day 9 processing before i reversed it.

In general it’s very good for low budget people to have some fun. Betting in this site is very risky though, cause quite often they void betslips "As per the provider" usually when the betslip is winning. They never void me actually when it was a loss..
