Unfortunately, I can't comment on the games because my first deposit failed and I've been chasing my money for 14 days. I deposited by credit card on May 28th. The payment was canceled by the casino's payment service provider (presumably a technical error). However, the money was deducted from my bank account, or rather, "frozen" until it appeared as a debit on my bank statement on May 30th. I immediately reported it to customer service and attached a screenshot of the payment. 1. Response: "It looks as if the money hasn't been debited yet, but is "frozen," and no transaction ID is visible. The transaction ID isn't visible because the payment service provider canceled the transaction! Two days later, I sent an account statement showing that the payment was debited on May 30th. 2. Response: I have to wait 5 banking days, then the money will be automatically refunded. I waited 6 days, but I haven't received a refund. I contacted support again. 3. Statement: The refund will take 5 to 10 banking days. Even after the 11th day, I still haven't received a refund. Customer service again: "Send me an account statement from May 28th to date." So, I sent a complete account statement clearly showing that the amount was debited and not returned. Support: "Send us your proof of payment." Hello, you've already received it three times. Sent EVERYTHING again and noted when the payment was debited. Support: "Your proof of payment differs from the debit date on the bank statement." 😤😤😤😤🤔😤 Please send proof of payment that matches the date on the bank statement. Is that even possible? I can see that I can forget about wasting my money. Never again lazy!!!

Reaktion: ich müsse 5 Banktage abwarten, dann wird das Geld automatisch zurückgebucht. Brav 6 Tage gewartet, keine Rückzahlung erhalten. Wieder an Support gewendet. 3. Aussage: die Rückzahlung dauert 5 bis 10 Banktage. Auch nach dem 11. Tag noch keine Rückzahlung. Wieder Kundenservice "Kontoauszug senden vom 28.5. bis dato. Also kompletten kontoauszug gesendet auf dem deutlich hervorgeht, das der Betrag abgebucht und nicht wieder zurückgebucht wurde. Support "senden sie uns ihren zahlungsnachweis " Hallo den habt Ihr bereits 3x erhalten. Noch mal ALLES gesendet und darauf hingewiesen wann die zahlung abgebucht wurde. Support " Ihr einzahlungsnachweis unterscheidet sich vom datum mit der abbuchung auf dem.kontoauszug " 😤😤😤😤🤔😤 bitte senden sie einen zahlungsnachweis der mit dem.datum.auf dem kontoauszug übereinstimmt" gehts noch ? Ich sehe schon dass ich mir mein Geld abschminken kann. Nie nie wieder Lazy!!!

I deposited at Lazybar, played according to all the conditions, and now my account is blocked and I can't withdraw my funds. I have sent my ID, proof of address, proof of funds with more than €150,000 in the bank, and the full transaction hash in USDT from a cold wallet.
Still, they're demanding impossible things from me in a crypto transaction, like the sender's name, IBAN, etc. This makes me suspect they have no intention of processing the withdrawal.
