Unfortunately, I haven't had a good experience at this casino so far. I've been trying to make a withdrawal for 3 days.
Slots work well, but withdrawals are very complicated. They always reject your request after almost 24 hours and then give you the reason. Then you have to wait another 24 hours. That's not how you get any new customers.
Payout rejected twice, always for different reasons. Made a new payout and uploaded documents again. After that you always have to wait 24 hours. According to support everything was always fine, but the payout was still rejected after 24 hours.
Update: November 15, 2024 Money was finally paid out.
